I'd give this place a 0 if the rating would allow. Attempted to order. I was the only person in the place, absolutely no one waiting or at the tables. I walked up to order and began to order; I told them I needed it to go??? They told me I had to go over to the To Go order area. Why??? They get the food from the same area. Why couldn't they just put it in a Styrofoam container, add a scoop of green beans from the very line I was in??? A teenager dressed me down, and lost not only multiple customers from my family, Additionally I work at a rather large organization in Tyler, and I plan on telling everyone my story.

What has happened to this place? Only six patrons visible during lunch hour the entire 40 minutes we were there. Food just not good.

The food is delicious and tender, but if you're going for the first time, it's a bit confusing. There's also complementary bread, which is delicious, soft, and just awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: There are several ramps in the parking lot and the whole interior has plenty of space for pushing yourself around in a wheelchair, although you might need someone to help you with your food because it's kind of a cafeteria setup inside.

Came here and I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, sausage, mac and cheese, potato salad, and French fries. I will not order the fries again only because I had too much food and I had to eat the fries! Can’t eat leftover fries. But the food was soo good. My favorite was their potato salad.

The food was okay my irritation comes from the fact I paid five dollars for peach cobbler and the server had it half full and got upset when I asked her to add a little more.

We like dining at Spring Creek! A sit-down meal with no waiting... Not only is the food great, but while you are eating, they keep coming around with fresh hot rolls, and they serve complimentary ice cream on Sundays.

The food was bland it. The barbecue sauce was not good at all. The pulled pork and brisket or just two greasy the ribs were too tough had the membrane on it had no flavor whatsoever it was gray. And each one of us got a different side to try cuz this was our first time here and we did not like any other sides. The only good thing I can say about this place is the Roll were okay

The older female at the carry out counter was snarky and a bit rude. The brisket carver talked the entire time over my order while flinging his hair. Yet the brisket was seasoned to perfection yet a bit over cooked and many pieces dry. Would recommend continuing with perfect seasoning, and do not talk over the meat your cooking to reduce the spread of spit. If your hair is long pull back into a bun or wear a hair net. Rolls delicious

We've always had good food and service at this Spring Creek, but not today. We went for my husband's birthday lunch, and ordered two lunch plates. The brisket was cold and tough. The Mac and cheese looked like it had been there for hours--dry and unappealing. The corn was dry and hard to eat. The potato salad and green beans were okay. The rolls were the best part of the meal. The staff seemed bored. And this less-than-appetizing meal cost just over $40.00! We've been good customers for years, but we won't be back.
