Stanley's is easily the best bbq in town. The baby backs are perfection and the sliced brisket is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Also, top tier cocktails and local drafts. We're here twice a week for good reason!

Was so excited to share Texas BBQ with my husband who is not from America and because we were in town for work and saw a lot of good reviews, we decided this would be the place we share that first memory. It's been years since I've been back in east Texas, but as a Texas native, I've had years of delicious BBQ and this was a little disappointing.
I bragged about how good Texas BBQ is amazing on its own without the need for sauce and brisket is a great way to tell if a place knows what they're doing. The brisket and pulled pork we ordered for dinner was dry and didn't really have much of a flavor. Hot links and the house sausage was also lacking in flavor (and where was the kick in the hot links?) and the casing on the house sausage was a little hard to cut through with the plastic knives. Beans and ribs were okay, as was the peach cobbler with ice cream. Expected more from reading the reviews.
Service was nice and they had a great live band playing so that made it more enjoyable overall.

Brisket was dry and chewy. Sausage was dry and tough too. Ribs were slightly juicier and softer than brisket and sausage. Coleslaw was tart and crunchy. Potatoe salad had a mayonnaise flavor. Staff is very nice and proactive.

Best bbq ever!! Love the super deluxe BIL sandwich!!
The food was great but not a lot of air conditioned seating, tough to do lunch in August at the resturant so I get it to go!

We went there as it had the best reviews and it was very average. Went to a brewery and had pulled pork sliders I would they were far better than this joint. And to be honest overpriced for what you get. Did like any of the sides either. Plastic cheese for the Mac n cheese and store bought potato salad and coleslaw. Way better places out there.

What an awesome spot. Lunch was delicious. The staff were all super friendly. TVs everywhere, but still quiet enough to have a conversation. Stanley’s is a must!

We went on a Friday night and it was PACKED!!!! The line was out the door, but we got through really quickly. Dani was working the register and she was just so sweet and handled the crowd so gracefully. The food was fantastic!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was amazing. Brisket was juicy pulled pork was really good, and all the sides and peach cobbler was great. Cooking lots of smoked meat makes going to bbq restaurants hard this was amazing
