The manager is very rude everytime i come up there. College is already stressful enough & she makes it worst for me each time. Such a weirdo & always has her phone out. While the rest of the crew looks miserable & they stay working. Glad there’s a Starbucks on 31, literally 5min from this hell hole.

Sometimes this place is fine, and sometimes they’re awful. Last semester I had no problems except for a wrong drink every once in a while, but just last week they were out of almost everything. They didn’t even have milks? Just plain coffee and some flavor syrups. No problems with the workers, they’re usually nice enough and supply isn’t their fault. Just super disappointing especially since it was still over $6. I’ll just stop a Dunkin or 7brew on the way to class instead lol

Way too overpriced. Why is it $8 for a small drink. I don't know who could afford to buy from here on a regular basis. Workers are rude for no reason. This is the worst place on campus to spend your money on food. I felt scammed every time I ordered. Don't go here. The ChicFilA on campus is so much better. Don't waste your time and money on a small cup of crap with poor service.

They don’t make the drinks properly (shaken espresso with milk shaken in). I asked for a English breakfast tea latte and they said it wasn’t a thing then just rang me up for a hot tea. I work at Starbucks and I make them all the time it’s 100% on the menu. I have a coworker that also goes to Tjc and has had similar problems.The staff (possibly) are not trained properly? and they never change the food out of the pastry case. There is still a cranberry bliss bar in there and that’s been out of season for almost two months.

Really rude without reason.Made my drink wrong leaving out the flavor syrup, I asked them if I could purchase some to add it myself and she said no and to just use sugar packet instead of allowing me to pay and get it fixed?

Paid 9.04 today in store:) got my sandwich and cake pop, but when I asked where my muffin was the lady told me she didn’t ring it in:) so I went to check the cost of just a sandwich and a cake pop and it came out to around 6 something:) really wish they would rush to get through customers and definitely will not be going back to this Starbucks again

Easily the most unprofessional and rude staff members you could imagine. The manager was too busy standing in front of the register talking on the phone to ring me up and once she finally did she just gave me a price and hanged me a receipt while still blabbering on the phone about ordering more chips for Crystal? The barista making my drink looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience on the planet since I made her leave her Hot Cheetos and Dr. Pepper on the table to get up and make my drink. Also, she didn't wash her hands before coming back to work. Super gross. Before she completed my order, she received a personal phone call on her cell phone and answered it, cussing every three words before handing me my cup.
