Sometimes this place is fine, and sometimes they’re awful. Last semester I had no problems except for a wrong drink every once in a while, but just last week they were out of almost everything. They didn’t even have milks? Just plain coffee and some flavor syrups. No problems with the workers, they’re usually nice enough and supply isn’t their fault. Just super disappointing especially since it was still over $6. I’ll just stop a Dunkin or 7brew on the way to class instead...
I had lecture at 8:30 and would stop by to get a coffee or a drink to keep me going. They always make my order right. And spelled my name right. The ladies are sweet. They were very helpful when I was getting multiple orders for my friends. I would say the rush hour was every time students came out of class. Also if you're a student and go here a lot, get a reusable cup they are around $3 and it's cheaper! :)
Its convenient if you're a student and a great study area. If not, the customer service is not great because of their stress level. Take it for what it is and be aware. The ladies are very sweet if you take the time to understand them.
