I don't know what is up with this Starbucks, but I have never had a good experience since August. I came frequently during the summer because I work in the area, but it hasn't been the same since. I understand people can have bad days because I've worked fast food AND retail, but several times with different people... no thanks! No manners, messing up orders, and handing me cups with coffee beans stuck to the bottom..

I waited in line 25 minutes for a Frappuccino and a Frozen lemonade. And both were not up to Starbucks standards that I usually receive. There were only 2 cars in front of us so we were unable to leave the retched line.
