I went to the drive-through to get peppermint mocha and I waited 15 minutes for one drink and when I got my drink, it tasted like straight up steamed hot chocolate milk there was no peppermint no nothing and I paid $7.31. Very disappointed about the long wait because there was also just one car in front of me and there wasn’t a line in the wait took 15 minutes for one drink, and when my drink came out, it wasn’t even made correctly.

I went through the drive-thru today and had one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude, no greeting, short attitude, and acting like speaking to customers was a burden.
After waiting forever with only a couple of cars ahead of me, the guy at the window handed me only part of my order and then shut the window in my face with no explanation.
The customer service alone completely ruined the experience. I won’t be returning.

The staff is chill, the atmosphere is there, and the location is prime. Here than home is better sometimes as the internet works fine and it's an easy place to get work done. The store is clean, the drinks are consistent (good), and the vibe makes it a perfect place to relax or get work done. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting down for a bit, this location never disappoints. If I have any call out's on phenomenal customer service, bat's to TJ, Dylan, and Izzy, they kept it going.

I had problems with my apps location this morning and my pick up order was placed at another location I was not close to. I immediately called that store and a young lady answered and told me she cannot refund me but if I go to the nearest Starbucks and show my receipt that they would make me a drink. I am used to going to one specific store but found another just a few extra miles down the highway.. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe but this one was very very sweet like they put in something extra. Overall a 3.5.

Actually, I can't stand starbucks. In Tyler, I am visiting my husband's sister in a rehad hospital. He went in order her drink, smeded like it took forever at 130pm. All I can say is that it looked new in a strip center.

My parents love this location, they have been regulars for the longest time. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. However, recently a new hire must have come through. We haven't asked for his name, but he always seems to be in a bad mood. Slams the drive through window, has a sassy tone, doesn't seem genuine at all and just makes it seem like the customers are taking up his time, even though this is his job and what he signed up for. I'm honestly disappointed, because we love going to this location but my parents have stayed away since their experience with this barista. I believe he was transferred from 64 Starbucks.

I’ve been coming here regularly since it opened and it’s always got amazing people staffed that are always super sweet and make the best drinks! They always make me feel welcomed and special.

I feel like I'm already meeting Starbucks halfway by paying $13 for a cup of syrup and a microwaved sandwich. But why was I asked to pull forward to park out front for them to microwave that sandwich?
