My parents love this location, they have been regulars for the longest time. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. However, recently a new hire must have come through. We haven't asked for his name, but he always seems to be in a bad mood. Slams the drive through window, has a sassy tone, doesn't seem genuine at all and just makes it seem like the customers are taking up his time, even though this is his job and what he signed up for. I love these people and this location! As many other people I have been to my fair share of Starbucks locally and while visiting elsewhere. But this location stands apart. I’ve been coming here regularly since it opened and it’s always got amazing people staffed that are always super sweet and make the best drinks! They always make me feel welcomed and special.

I had trouble remembering the name to my drink and the barista at the window was extremely helpful explaining which one was the one I was searching for and how to order it next time. She is so sweet and really made my morning with her sweet demeanor and patient as well as helpful. I will be coming to this location more often.
