First time stopping here. Ordered on app in the parking lot. One person working and mopping floors. I waited the time frame the app said it would be ready. Went in for the order and he hadn’t started it yet. The latte was fine but the hot chocolate tastes like water….the drinker didn’t taste it until we were on our way home. Oh guess what…it is just water and whipped cream (see video of it going down the drain…no chocolate). Hate that I added a tip in the app. Won’t return to this location. Rethinking tipping in app in the future.

It's probably the worst starbucks I ever went to, but the coffee was good.
The service at this Starbucks is 5 star. They greet you with friendly smiles and make you feel welcome. They go over and beyond to make every customer happy and the visit a wonderful experience. It is always clean and organized. I highly recommend you stop in if you are in the area. You’ll be glad you did!
