Im visiting so I this was the closest starbucks...service was great and the fact that she repeated the order to me to confirm makes me even more upset because I specifically said soy milk. Do they think we won't notice ???? Here i am with a severe stomach ache having to drive back home sick instead of doing my scheduled activities all because they decided to use regular milk instead. DO BETTER!

Got coffee to go while traveling. Ordered in store. Waited. Unfortunately I did not taste coffee until back in vehicle and getting on road. Worst Starbucks coffee I have ever tasted. Was no more than lukewarm mildly flavored water. Terrible!

Never open at 6 am on Sunday although that is what is on the sign. Placed mobile order at 6:25 am and headed to the store. Waited and waited in drive thru, no answer. Went to pull on door to go inside, locked. I watched 13 cars drive off and 6 people pull on front door over the next half hour. Waited 20 more minutes and pulled back in to drive thru, no response. Staff doesn’t even have the decency to answer you on the speaker when you ask if they’re open or not. Waited another 20 minutes, nothing. I kept waiting because my card was already charged in the app. After 8 o’clock am and still no one I left and did not ever get order. This was a really great Starbucks in the past. Has gone down tremendously. Very poor customer service and store management.

Starbucks prices are out of control. The quality has gone down as well. Coffee that basic shouldn't be so expensive. Staff was nice and the service was fast.

First startbucks I went to that is a little stingy of their strawberry. I ordered grande pink drink , and ai only get 2 small piece of strawberry. A bit sad. It was my favorite drink , but it didnt even made me happy. ?

Do not waste your money here. Worst SB location in Tyler! Drinks won’t taste how they’re suppose to after you’ve waited a half an hour for them. This was my fav location until about a year ago, and now I’d rather drive across town to ensure that I don’t get a half cup of watery milk.
