Disappointed with My Iced Caramel Macchiato Experience
I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and didn’t receive a straw. Anyone who’s had this drink knows it needs to be stirred—otherwise, the espresso just sits on top of the milk. Without a straw, I couldn’t mix it properly and had to wait until I found a plastic spoon in my car to stir it. Not ideal, especially when you’re on the go. Starbucks, please make sure straws are provided with drinks that clearly require them. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference.

Horrible.. worst starbucks i. The history of starbucks. Dont waste your money. They forgot to put coffee or the espresso shots.in mine and my dil coffee as well didnt taste at all like coffee they left it out and when we turnwd around the line was so long we didnt have time to wait again

I’ve never had an issue at this location before but today was different. Went through drive through, and a girl was at the window with a male worker. They were snickering and giggling which idc, just was a bit weird. I forgot my muffin and had to go inside and when I saw the guy at the front I was like hey I forgot my muffin and he just ignored me. The whole visit was weird and they were rude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My coworker and I ordered for uber eats to bring us coffee for a long day here on campus. They sent our Venti’s less than half way filled. We called and they were no help and no attempt to make it right beside asking us to go pick some up. The whole reason we ordered is because we don’t have time to go. It’s obvious it was a bad joke from an employee.

I got coffee but also wanted a lemon loaf. Wasn't going to eat it for hours so I asked them to leave it in plastic wrap. They said no but other Starbucks let me so it must just be a store policy.
This location is rude and doesn’t get my order right. These last two times that I came in I asked for soy milk instead of regular milk for my drink. They replaced the milk with water. Both times. Either that or they replaced it with something that tastes like water.

Keagan gives great customer service. He’s kid, funny, and friendly. It was pouring rain and I was pretty wt. he noticed and offered me extra napkins to dry myself as best I could. It was very thoughtful. We need more people like him.

Im visiting so I this was the closest starbucks...service was great and the fact that she repeated the order to me to confirm makes me even more upset because I specifically said soy milk. Do they think we won't notice ???? Here i am with a severe stomach ache having to drive back home sick instead of doing my scheduled activities all because they decided to use regular milk instead. DO BETTER!

Got coffee to go while traveling. Ordered in store. Waited. Unfortunately I did not taste coffee until back in vehicle and getting on road. Worst Starbucks coffee I have ever tasted. Was no more than lukewarm mildly flavored water. Terrible!
