I just walked into the Starbucks (Loop and Paluxy). I thought it was so strange that no one greeted me and my husband when we walked in. I was at the register when I was finally greeted. Once the cashier stepped up to the register, she was quite nice. But what I noticed was that subsequent customers were greeted with a very hearty hello/good morning, etc.
I started to bring my observations to the manager, but just decided that I would write a review. In our current environment, I would think that every customer is valued. But I was shown this morning that is not the case.
My husband and I are visiting Tyler, and this Starbucks is usually are favorite as we are leaving the city. In the past, this has never been an issue. However, today there was a glaring difference in how customers were treated today. It’s a small thing, but we’re retired and think it’s important to spend our dollars where we are treated with respect.
Ladies, who were on the schedule today at 9:00, don’t mistreat your customers. Without EVERY customer, you don’t have a job. Every dollar is important to the company!

Don't talk crap about your customers over your headset while you poor their coffee unless you want them to not come back. That's why you're a grown man still working at Starbucks.

It's what you expect. Prices seem to go up every 6 months. This location has drive-thru. It was sufficient.

I usually come here a lot but this will be the last I waited 14 minutes for my drink. They didn’t call it out and regardless of where you sit, you can hear them if they call it out. I asked the lady who took my order what was the hold up and she walked over to my order stating it was there and they called it when they didn't. Then another worker who kept staring at me instead of asking me if I got my order stated I'm glad you noticed that to the worker. I have been going here for years but I’ll go to the other location
Only got a caramel crunch frappacino, it was delicious.

Stopped in the other day and had great service, but one of the managers decided that the employee wasn't good enough and decided to belittle her in front of everyone, causing her to take off extremely upset. Will not return here.
