Worst experience I have ever had. I come to this location often. The lady who took my order was rude. And got my order wrong. When I received my order I waited to get someone's attention. Multiple employees looked at me and ignored me. Very disappointed.
One day woman worker was rude with my husband; other day woman worker and latino man worker was rude with me ; sad , that we must give up with this Starbucks, because we love cofe coffee/tea and we are good people

probably the WORST starbucks in tyler 🤦♀️ every time i order a drink with strawberry puree they never fail to charge me for it but they do fail in actually putting it in my drink. this has happened more than three times already and honestly its super annoying

I just walked into the Starbucks (Loop and Paluxy). I thought it was so strange that no one greeted me and my husband when we walked in. I was at the register when I was finally greeted. Once the cashier stepped up to the register, she was quite nice. But what I noticed was that subsequent customers were greeted with a very hearty hello/good morning, etc. I started to bring my observations to the manager, but just decided that I would write a review. In our current environment, I would think that every customer is valued. But I was shown this morning that is not the case. My husband and I are visiting Tyler, and this Starbucks is usually are favorite as we are leaving the city. In the past, this has never been an issue. However, today there was a glaring difference in how customers were treated today. It’s a small thing, but we’re retired and think it’s important to spend our dollars where we are treated with respect. Ladies, who were on the schedule today at 9:00, don’t mistreat your customers. Without EVERY customer, you don’t have a job. Every dollar is important to the company!

Don't talk crap about your customers over your headset while you poor their coffee unless you want them to not come back. That's why you're a grown man still working at Starbucks.

Never ordered food, just there for the coffee. Atmosphere? No complaints. But the service ....... Fast and friendly. Two things I expect at any restaurant.
