We went through the drive thru on 10/20/24 at 1:15PM and the barista was amazing! She had great energy, encouraged us to try new things, and made both of us laugh. Hands down will stop going to other Tyler locations to support this barista! You’ve won loyal customers today ma’am! Trying to find a district manager email to compliment.

So I’m trying to figure out why I haven’t been contacted by a district or regional manager. 2 weeks ago I was burned pretty good by brewed coffee, at 165 degrees, when the cup handed to me collapsed spilling hot coffee all over my hand. I filed a report with corporate as well as did the store. The GM was very kind but that’s about it. I’m deciding whether to hire an attorney to deal with this situation. Just be careful when they hand you hot coffee because I was informed that there newest batch of cups are very weak in structure!

When ordering a Cappuccino with a double shot open the lid and checkout your order prior to leaving. I received an extremely overpriced thimble of Expresso and a venti cup of frothy milk.I was RIPPED and taken to the cleaners by this shop
