I have all around the world and all across the United States many times and this is the first Starbucks I have ever been to that had small activities for children and showed how family friendly they are. They had mini bubbles and my two boys loved it while we waited for our order. The staff were so friendly as well and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

My wife and I have gone to the Starbucks a couple times and every time we’ve gone, the service is always rude. I had five dollars and the total came out to 5.03 for a cold brew coffee which in the first place is a rip off and I had asked Abby if she had three cents, she said no in a rude manner, so I will not be giving them my business and sharing with everyone else.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Tyler. The dining room and restrooms are always clean, and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for my order. The staff at this location are always friendly, especially Harrison and Chloe.

We went through the drive thru on 10/20/24 at 1:15PM and the barista was amazing! She had great energy, encouraged us to try new things, and made both of us laugh. Hands down will stop going to other Tyler locations to support this barista! You’ve won loyal customers today ma’am! Trying to find a district manager email to compliment.

So I’m trying to figure out why I haven’t been contacted by a district or regional manager. 2 weeks ago I was burned pretty good by brewed coffee, at 165 degrees, when the cup handed to me collapsed spilling hot coffee all over my hand. I filed a report with corporate as well as did the store. The GM was very kind but that’s about it. I’m deciding whether to hire an attorney to deal with this situation. Just be careful when they hand you hot coffee because I was informed that there newest batch of cups are very weak in structure!
