We went through the drive thru on 10/20/24 at 1:15PM and the barista was amazing! She had great energy, encouraged us to try new things, and made both of us laugh. Hands down will stop going to other Tyler locations to support this barista! You’ve won loyal customers today ma’am! Trying to find a district manager email to compliment.
I absolutely love this location, I will go out of my way to go to the Starbucks over any other. Specifically today, Kim went above & beyond and absolutely made my day, and made the best drink I have ever had!! Thank you Kim for your kindness!
The small town coffee shop experience is a rare breed these days, the last place I expected to find it was inside starbucks. Chess set, checkers, and other coffee shop games ready while your enjoy your morning's coffee. Thanks Justine and Mary for being extra hospitable and expedient!
