I stopped to get a carafe of coffee for the shop and office. Caleb and Allia (not sure of spelling of her name) were very friendly and jumped right on my order. This particular order is not something they do as often as individual coffee and food orders as it requires a lot of extra steps to complete the order. Caleb jumped right on the order and got it ready in half the estimated time. Great service, great people. What else could you ask for?

The coffee was a hit and it spread a little joy on a cold and rainy day. Thanks y'all!

When I paid for my order the lady working the drive thru and tossed me the card reader then proceeded to walk away. She never came back until my drink was ready. I dropped it and had to open my car door just to pick it up. My food was hard as a rock. You charge $7.45 for a breakfast sandwich and it comes out hard as hell and old a plus the drink was disgusting!! Then she had the audacity to run her mouth to the other co worker (with the drive thru window open ) just because I dropped the card reader, when she was the one who half ass handed it to in the first place ?? I guess yall just hire anybody in there bc that was ridiculous!!! That was rude, poor custom service and very poor representation of Starbucks. Do not come to this Starbucks !!!

I come to this location daily and i never have an issue except for when Tracy is working the drive through. She constantly has an attitude and it’s disgusting. She always sounds very condescending and judgmental when taking orders. I refuse to have her take my order at this point and always request someone else to take my order. And she’s been to her fellow employees (saw that first hand).

Went here today and the worker told my friend and I to get off of our phones his words “jeeez people need to look up from there phones for once” we were looking at the menu online he even said it in a rude tone I am very disappointed with these workers
