First burger from there. The garlic toasted bun is delicious! The Cajun fries are delicious, too. I love how tiny the fries are cut. The vanilla shake had chunks of Reeses in it. The chocolate shake had pieces of strawberries in it. So, that makes me wonder how clean the ice cream area is. They also apparently had sticky hands, because our bag, napkins, cups were all greasy with Cajun spiced fingerprints. The food was tasty enough that we will try it again.

The drive throughIs a bit confusing as it shares a drive through with another restuarant in the same has station, but I found the intercom and menu behind the building.Was ready to order when the person over the intercom told me to "pull up to the window to place your order"I did as instructed, and after waiting for a car in front of me to get their order for 10 minutes, I waited at the window for another five and no one came to the window to even take my order.As I drove off to whataburger, I noticed they were only serving 2 people who were dining in.I don't know what the hold up was, but I will not be eager to return any time soon.

None of us had been to a Steak and Shake so thought we'd get drive for dinner Pulled to drive thru told "Be with you in a moment " we waited 10 minutes. Then backed up pulled back up. Nothing. A couple of minutes later we said "Hello" and again nothing so we left drove around couldn't see anyone inside and 3 cars in parking lotWon't be back

Horrible service. I ask for 2 large fries and we got small fries i asked for a receipt and their machine isnt working. And while telling her this she just walked away and over to another customer who complained about their hamburger being wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and she said thats her way over there cooking. So i said whatever im not going to try and talk to someone 20 plus feet away. I just wont come back.
