I used to like going to subway, but lately the vegetables seem to be dull. Probably because the vegetables are a few days old and they’re trying to get rid of the old stuff first. ? And Perhaps due to hyper inflation caused by the democratic leaders. Everything became very expensive under the Biden administration in the last couple of years. Thank God for President Donald J Trump! The truth be told! 🇺🇸🦅

Stopped by on my way to the ER to rescue my daughter. Employee was civil, but cold. There was a fly in between the lettuce and the spinach. And my bread is hard as a rock. So much for grabbing a quick bite to eat. I will not return to this store.

I wouldn’t even give it a star if that was allowed. I ordered out they didn’t have what we ordered. I asked to replace a meatball sub with a cold cut ( which is cheaper )and all they replaced was the meat and made it like the meatball sub ( doesn’t makes sense) and we ordered foot long cooke for over $5 and they sent 3 small cookies. Will not order from here again.

To start by saying the worker seemed as if she HATED her job. Very rude to say the least. Lettuce was wilted. This particular location needs some good improvements.

She kept telling the clients that came in that hated working here. Wow!
Better training is needed. Can’t believe they are still in business. I smell Bankruptcy Chapter 11 soon!

Tried to go through the drive-thru today for lunch and nobody answered to take my order. Drove around to the front of the drive-thru window and nobody was working but I saw an employee outside on her cell phone. Also tried calling the store while I was sitting at the drive-thru and nobody answered. It's always a bad experience when I go here. They need better customer service. I ended up going to Schlotzsky's down the road because it's always quick.

I placed an order on the app 8 days ago and they got the order wrong and left things out. I even issued a complaint through the app and the management still hasn't bothered to reach out. So that tells the customer that this location does poor service and the owner doesn't care.
Very lazy staff, a “regular” came after me and they served him before me, it took me more than 10 min wait even with a two person staff. Because heck, if one guy is serving the other can only chat about their “rock paper scissors” game with their regular rather than serving them. I don’t feel good about not tipping, but yeah some staff deserve it.

Very rude! Made an online pickup order. They called to tell me they were out of all meatballs at 2pm. When I drove to the location to see what could be done they said "you just need to get something else". I asked for a refund and they were extremely rude and said they weren't sure if or when I'd get my money back for the order. This is the 3rd time they've been out of meatballs.

Omg the employees were amazing!! Very helpful and friendly so I didn't mind even leaving a tip. My sandwich was very good.but the CHURRO STICKS were horrible!! My whole said they were disgusting because they taste like maybe some cleaning spray was on them. They even smelled horrible. I don't know what was wrong with them I was praying we don't food poisoning. We threw them away immediately. However, the service was A +
