Horrible experience ordered online arrived when app said it was being built but it was not he was talking to customers saying he don't care he only makes 9$ a hour then got a notification saying it was ready when he barley started working on it and took his time chatting it up with customers and friends knowing I was there waiting Horrible attitude ended up canceling my lunch break is only 30 min

The employee working by himself when my husband and I went today was AMAZING. He knew the menu without looking at it, asked us questions, made small talk and was very fast and professional. We will definitely come back just because of the excellent service he provided. His visor said Caleb D or Caleb B. This guy definitely deserves recognition!

Placed at online order hours ahead of time and paid. Went to the Subway in Walmart at 5050 Troup Hwy in Tyler and waited 25 minutes for the kid to make everybody else’s orders in the line. These people walked up well after my order was supposed to be ready. This place is nonsense. BOGO or no BOGO. I’m never coming back. Jersey Mike’s at full price from now on. Not the first time this has happened at this same location. And look at this sorry excuse for a meatball sandwich below! Gross. Useless. I would give 0 stars if I could. Better food from a dumpster.

Just left, caleb B on his cap! Very courteous, professional, and Kind. Oh and knowledgeable about sandwiches, that my wife couldn't make her mind up! With service like that we will be back!

Sat in the drive thru for 4 minutes and nobody said a word to me so I left. It's not the 1st bad experience I had there but it will be the last. Horrible subway!!
This is the only subway I eat at. Never had a problem. But today at 7:45pmthere was a girl, blonde hair and tattoo on back of neckI didn't get her name. I asked for a footlong Italian herb and cheese hot shot Italiano. She only put 6 slices of each meat. She Was in a hurry. I got lettuce tomato onion and bell pepper ask for ranch. Instead of her just apologizing saying she was out of ranch she banged the bottle got 2 drops of ranch out of bottle then went to get utensil to scrape bottle. I told her just put mayo. She loosely wrapped. No sticker to hold wrapping. No napkins. I walked straight out the door in parking lot. She was smoking and talking on cell phone. If smoking and talking on cell phone is more important she doesn't need to be there. I was very disappointed

Absolutely terrible. Been almost a year since I've eaten here. I placed my order online and went out of my way to go to this Subway today because the one closest to me is bad as well. I had high hopes but I was let down again. I ordered a TURKEY salad and not only did I get ham instead, there was also barely any lettuce or spinach. How do you order a salad and barely get any salad!!! I paid $10 for almost nothing and got the wrong meat! I also ordered a bottled soda and was given a cup. The bottle costs more! If y'all don't offer bottled soda, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU! There was NOONE around when I picked my order up and noone greeted me or said anything to me at all. Learn your freaking job, do it correctly and start taking pride in your work. I spent my hard earned money in there to not get everything I ordered AGAIN and they couldn't care less. Never going back.

I am a big fan of Subway, but this location is by far the worst Subway I have visited earlier today. The first problem was there was only “one” person working during lunch rush. Didn’t get her name but she wore glasses and has short blonde frizzy hair. She wasn’t a very sanitized person. She forgot to put on gloves several times. She scratched her head with a pair of gloves on and continued to handle a pizza without switching to a new pair of gloves. I proceeded to allow her to fix my sandwich (6 inch supreme meat sandwich) . Didn’t seem like she knew what came on it. I had to tell her every meat to put on my sandwich. After my sandwich was toasted, I let her get as far as putting onions, pickles, oregano, spinach and ranch and then walked away. The sandwich was unsanitary and sloppy. I refused to eat or pay for it, so I completely walked out. The meat area as well as veggies were not clean, nor looked fresh. Never again will I come here! This location should either be shaky down or hire better staff!
Worst subway I've ever been in rude employees and can't make a simple salad without an attitude.
