Food was good but service is crap. We let them know their drink machine was out of carbonation and they shrugged and never fixed it. Wouldnât even help other customer with his online order issue. Terrible service!!

Sat at the drive thru menu for five minutes, no response on the microphone. Pulled up to the window where a sign says you will not be served if you donât place your order at the menu. Looped back to the menu. Waited for another five minutes. There were two cars in the parking lot, and no one else was in the drive thru. Finally went inside. The single employee said they were alone and busy, so they just werenât wearing my the drive-thru headset. Turns out they were out of several of the things I wanted to order. Rough night.

Pretty sure the worker had her kid in there. I sat in the driveway to get my kid cookies but she acted like she didnât see me. I watched her make drinks and saw that weave sticking up while she hid on the side of the deli exit. I left and called to ask for a managers number so that I didnât cause commotion in store. This girl said she didnât know the managers number⊠please fire her so so she can work at a daycare
