Very very slow
There is a new girl working at Subway on Grande. Thats nothing really new considering this locations history, but not gonna lie. I've started going back to this location since she has been there, the restaurant seems MUCH cleaner than it used to be. She is always very pleasant and makes a great (not sloppy) sandwich and actually makes you feel welcomed! However everytime I go, she is staffed alone!! She handles it well though, honestly I believe she should be the store manager, if all of the employees followed her lead ( including the current rude manager) they could possibly get a good reputation again!!! I dont know about the day shift but I know just about every eveing Jessica is there, store is always clean, and im always greeted when I enter! HIRE MORE OF HER!

This subway has good location but employees are of not other sunway standard. My sandwich was made very poorly, total mess that I couldn’t eat, forget enjoy. Sandwich was not packed properly, all the ingredients were out and entire sandwich was covered by dressing when I open packet to eat. I trashed the whole thing since my self respect didn’t allow me to eat something so pooy served to me. Total waste of my money. Mot going back to this location.
They need to train their staff better. There was no greeting, no smile either.

Employees here are extremely poorly trained and management is nowhere to be found. If you try and call the phone will ring and ring non stop because—as an employee said—the manager tells them to not answer the phone.. I’ve always wondered why that place is never busy. Majority of the veggies are going to be old because they don’t rotate them regularly either. I ordered online and they refused to give me my sandwich or a refund. It’s ridiculous!!

The two ladies were so rude, I gave a tip even though I felt it wasnt deserved. I didnt get my point after I asked before she rang me up, our sandwich was wrong and my daughter accidentally spilt her drink on the counter and there said nothing. They just looked at us and rolled their eyes, their body language said enough. My daughter said im sorry and began to clean it up but after their silence I told her to leave it because it seems as though our presence is a nuisance. Worst place ever!!! Low key...we would have cleaned it up if their attitude woukd have been different.

The employees act like they don't want to be here. The portions they put on the sandwich are horrible. They have a big sign promoting hot honey and don't even have it and never had it. They don't even have RANCH its a freaking staple! The tables are dirty they didnt even give me napkins .... NEVER AGIAN!

I've issues every time I come to this subway on grande and old Jacksonville. And this time I had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich they did not have the ingredients for and this was before lunch rush

Coupons were gr8 and easy to order ahead for a late night meal after working on the vehicle. Always love my fav sweet onion teriyaki Ty!

Food was good but service is crap. We let them know their drink machine was out of carbonation and they shrugged and never fixed it. Wouldn’t even help other customer with his online order issue. Terrible service!!

Don't waste your time/ money/ phone batttery on this unsightly store. Ordered 2 sandwhiches and the store is claiming to be out of everything. So, I am supposed to come back in the Morning when a Manager will be on duty in order to get a Refund for my order that wasn't fulfilled...
