I pre-ordered a sandwich and it's wasn't suppose to have red onions on it. It was specified in my order. If I was allergic to them it wouldn't have been good.
Wouldn’t know how the service is. At 16:55 on Sunday 9/8/24 no one was here and the workers at Walmart said the workers for Subway had been gone for about 25 minutes. I waited and I rung the bell as well as called and no one came

The woman working today Sunday, September 1st 3:40 PM. She said it's only her 3rd day here. She did not know how to make certain sandwiches so we had to ask for a different type of sandwich. Then she got frustrated because I asked for more black olives for my mothers sandwich. Then when it came time to pay for it. I told her I was gonna use the coupon. So I use the coupon then I asked her. I need to pay the remainder off of my gift cards. I could get it empty. We never just spent $5, so just take the rest off of this card. She didn't even the difference for the gift card. I've done it before here. It's not the first time, but you really need to start learning how to train your employees more than 2 days before leaving them alone. Because at this point there's more customers lined up so I said okay. I got 10 cash. I don't have enough on my card. And I don't feel like transferring over because it takes a little while so I gave her the 10 in cash. She didn't told me that it was 1947 I said OK, well, you gotta take the ten off with the cash, so it's only 947, then she got an attitude with me and that made me was being kind to her telling her. Well you know, it's okay. We'll get a different sandwich. Since you don't know how to make a cold cut. I was being nice and courteous to her. Training hard the way I wanted her to treat me. She got rude and disrespectful. Then proceeded to tell me. I don't have enough to pay with my card. Yes, I do. That is why I am giving you 10. Cash because I have 1457 on my card. Train your employees better

I come here a lot. Very clean. I had an instance where a manager was using profane language abrupt in the midst of customers. Very unprofessional. As long as he is there we will not be returning. I am the proud owner of Cheddars, and I am aware subway has a mission statement but this guy does not meet the mission statement. Our server was polite, awesome greeter, he informed us he had a food truck and was a Pastor. I was disappointed in the language we heard from the manager.

The place is still fully furnished but shut down, don't waste your time stopping by this location.

This restaurant is in Walmart #2688 in Tyler, Texas. We ordered online and the receipt does not show a restaurant number. When my wife brought them home, we found the sandwiches we ordered were not typical Subway sandwiches. There were so few vegetables, meat and cheese on them to call them sandwiches. My wife took them back and asked to have the sandwiches made correctly. There was only one employee in the store and she said there were no tomatoes and she was running out of multiple items. She stated the cheese and meat on the sandwich were standard portions (substandard). There was so little meat and cheese that we virtually had vegetable sandwiches. We have been Subway fans for many years but that ends today.
The food was good but the customer service has gotten bad long lines every day and the lead just sits back in the office and watches as lines get longer and longer often on her phone I would like to recognize madesha for being an exceptional employee and going above and beyond bur the rest of staff has forgotten what it is like to have decent customer service

Ordered on doordash and have been waiting almost 2 hours for 1 sandwich. My dasher cancelled because its taking so long. Theyre out of alot of veggies and its only 6.

I think it’s really ridiculous that on a Sunday you have one person there are no onions there is no us your people are unprepared one guy had to do without tuna and there is no back ups waiting 20 minutes for a subway and then you can’t even get what you pay for is beyond
