Went to pick up lunch for my elderly folks of course there were coupons to present. The manager didn't honor 2 of 3 of them which was a 4 cent cookie and mini bag of chips. I know things are tight at this store but it seemed kinda petty. I know they lost some elderly customers forever who live just down the road. The Sub was pretty good though.

I have had the worst experience ever. I placed an order online and paid for it. Went to the store and they said they haven’t received my order. The manager Ashley said she can’t give the subs away. I paid for it and I have the email and everything. I ended up leaving the store without any subs. This is RIDICULOUS! I want my money back. Subway is becoming a scam.

Dakota and Trevor did such a great job holding there own while they were swamped with customers after a game. More employees would've helped but they managed well. They made being short of staff look good. Way to go boys!

I placed my order through the app but was told that bacon was unavailable when I arrived to pick it up. I did receive one response from Charles Wheeler (franchise staff, according to his email signature) but he has since stopped communication with no solution confirmed. However, the young man that was working the sandwich counter that night deserves a bonus and raise.

It's a subway, the people are nice but I'm pretty devastated they changed the sweet onion sauce to sweet onion teriyaki it's not as good. I rarely go now because of it.

Just had a curbside order for my husbands lunch and they just put the sandwich in a brown paper bag. What happened to wrapping it up? Not good, Subway could do better. And if you were out of paper wraps then let the customers know.
