Do not order online. Every time I place an online order, I wait until the app says it’s ready before going to the store. Two orders ago, I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes in-store—meaning a total of about 60 minutes since placing the order.
This time, I arrived on time after placing my order, but it still wasn’t ready. I couldn’t wait and had to leave. I tried to cancel online but was unable to, so I called the store. When I explained that I had placed an online order, the employee told me, “Sorry, I’m just now making it”—which was already an hour after I had ordered.
Wish this store was better since it's the closet one to my house

Placed an online order through the app and the staff completely ignored me and my partner for about thirty minutes and counting, making two other orders for people that came in after us. We asked when our order would be ready multiple times and kept getting told it would only be a few minutes. I’m typing this in the parking lot while my partner is still waiting on our sandwiches

Went into this location 08/18/25 around 4:30 pm. Thee was one gentleman working and it got quite busy, he made everyone’s sandwich perfectly and greeted everyone with a smile no matter how many people lined up!

I love this subway tucked in a corner. The employees are always the best. When I work summers this is my staple lunch area. They are kind and complimentary people. I always try and tip there.

Today was my last day eating here, a lady in front of me dropped her wrapped sandwiche to go, some wasted, the new employee never changed her gloves or took them off after getting the sandwich back or using the register, then went on to prepare my sandwich. Men's soap dispenser is not even on the walls is on the floor because the mounts are worn out.

Three days ago my boyfriend and I decided to place a mobile order here, out of all the locations in Tyler we picked here to order from. Only 2 out of 3 footlongs were correct. (mind you, 2 of them were the same and only got ONE of them right) They randomly put ONIONS and pepper on my second sandwich, and more cheese than turkey.. I didn't realize it until I took it out of the refrigerator to eat for later. Very disappointed and won't return, better off making my sandwich at home next time..

went in earlier today and bought a large cup, then came back in and was denied water. i was taken aback because the cup itself is like $3 so surely i should be able to get water right? wrong. the girl working told me i couldnt even get water. im not coming back to subway period.
