We came in and Ty was so amazing and and sweet. He was so kind and overall just so pleasant. We don’t get subway often but we may just go there more in hopes that he’s working!

This subway in bergfield center in Tyler Texas is, in my opinion, the nicest Subway in Texas!
This will be the cleanest Subway you ever visit, operated by a friendly and professional staff. Whether you visit during the day, Miss Kelly will be there to help you with anything you need. Or if you come by at night Michael is there to see that your order is to your satisfaction.

If I could I would give this place a zero for being unfair to the customers who supported this business all these years, and let us down selling the highest price sandwiches with a choice of pick , my sweet onion sauce, is no longer available and the Now the grilled chicken breast is not available , subway trying the cheap route at a high rolling fee by selling rosittere chicken , Better Not lol . I gave a 1 star because of the cleanliness and appearance of the food & was fully refunded after told the highest selling sauce was not a winner no more , very dissatisfied until further notice to deserve a 5 star .

Such a joke! Literally the worst subway I have ever been to. Kid making my sandwich put on like two pounds of ham and Turkey. When I pointed to a meat asking what it was because it looked good to try next time he said “I don’t know.” Straight up! ? Out of pepper jack cheese. Out of smashed avocado. OUT OF PEPPER. I’m laughing it was so disgraceful. And the little manager on duty there was cold and uncaring. Very nice Subway very nice ??I actually really don’t want this sandwich I’m going to go give it to a homeless person.*update* they didn’t even cut it! It’s a footlong!
