This is the best subway in tyler hands down, I live in whitehouse with a subway 1 minute from me and I will drive out of the way to this one when I want subway, the customer service is amazing the staff is very kind and had alot of suggestions I stopped today with my old lady around 11:05 am we both got foot long combos and the food was great as well, whatever these workers are paid is not enough at all for the great service they are providing I will never go to another subway besides this one....

This specific Subway was AMAZING. The young lady Sabrina was an amazingly friendly atmosphere. Her bubble attitude helps me lighten up and have a little more happiness while prepping my sandwich. She was very informative and respectful of my food. She had amazing service that blew me out of the water. 10/10 would come

Been trying to get my refund for my local subway, door dash already sent my refund of $35.47 to main store off hwy 64, I’ve been told they would pass the message to the owner of my subway. I’ve heard nothing from anyone except door dash who refunded to subway. I’m disabled and $35. Is a lot for me. That would have been 6 full meals for me. All subway needs to do, is put my funds back on my card, If THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, IMAGINE HOW CLEAN AND ORGANIZED THIS RESTAURANT IS. If I get no response, no. refund, I’m taking my case to small claims court, and Im filing on Friday. Prayers. Reverend K. Moore

By far, the best subway in tyler. they had 4 employees working during lunch rush and seemed to be having fun while working fast to help customers and were very friendly. I will go out of my way and pass 2 other subways to go to this one.
The guy with two front teeth and black hair had an attitude when I was telling hime how to make my sandwich. Before we even got to the veggies I felt tense from how I was obviously frustrating him from him messing up the directions.

Vegetarian options: Had a delicious subway salad sandwich sprickled slightly with salt, sliced and served with a smile.
Parking: I was hauling a 20 foot trailer so I was happy to find ample room to turn around and a nice space to park the rig.

It's Subway so the food is pretty consistent. I've stopped here several times and most of the time it's not too busy. My last visit it was very busy and only one person working the front and they were not in any hurry. There was another worker in the back but never assisted the one working the counter. They obviously need more help, and I understand that can be difficult these days in the fast food industry.

Best subway I've been to. Go there for lunch a couple times a week, and it's always the same two ladies running the joint, it's always busy and they are always killing it. Most of the rest of the subways in town are garbage.
