They always treat me right when I go in there. The manager is real nice. I never had any problems with my orders since this manager took over. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I regret not reading the reviews before visiting this establishment. My family and I recently left this branch after ordering sandwiches. I had cut one of the sandwiches into fourths to give to my son. I requested an additional sandwich wrap from the manager, but he declined and gave my son an unsettling smile while holding the unwrapped sandwich. This behavior was rude and lacking empathy, especially considering it was just one piece of thin wrapping paper. This experience will be my first and last; never again

I was really craving subway today until I went into this location. There was a young girl in front of me making simple requests to her online order to the worker who was a older lady. This worker argued with her about everything, rolled her eyes at her, ignored her and did not listen to what she was trying to tell her. She requested a certain bread and the lady refused to give her what she asked for. She even called the manager on her personally phone and made a big deal out of nothing. This young girl was still polite and simply was telling the lady what she wanted on the sandwich she was paying for. This lady was unbelievably rude. I ended up leaving before ordering along with another girl who was behind me. Do better.

The store manger was very rude to me just now. Before I could tell him what I wanted he ask how many I told him I just wanted one and my husband wanted one his reply was ( I asked you how many so you want two sandwiches then said let's start over. He was very rude after that.

Knowing the food isn’t good, I still went to see what the food was about after not eating it for awhile. The employees are very nasty and rude. One woman wears the same glove everytime she taps the screen then go make a sandwich with the same glove. Food doesn’t look very pleasant at all. What kind of food doesn’t need some kind of topping. Well the food was so disgusting I didn’t even put vegetables I liked on there which normally the sandwich isn’t good without them. It’s little nats and small bugs flying around the food nobody washes their hands or change gloves. I’m just so disgusted with the food chain they have.

Dashers beware....they will make u wait 25 min before making the order by waiting on customers that walk in..even after u have been sitting there for 20 min....the 2 ladies there on 07.30.2025 were rude and clearly overwhelmed and didnt seem to know what they were doing...i personally will never eat there and hopefully i dont get any orders from there again.

Would give zero stars to these thieves if it would allow. On Monday, June 23, 2025 after 6:00pm. I ordered on the app for pickup, while in town on business. Went to the register to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the register, said we don't get mobile orders, then hollers at the other lady, who rudely stated, we don't get no mobile orders here! I tried to show her my order information on the phone. She wouldn't look and refused to talk to me, walking away. I was not rude at any point. I just wanted the order I paid for. This is THEFT. Order shows it was picked up at 6:00pm. I arrived at Walmart at 5:58, parked, walked through the store for a few things before going to Subway. So no way i 'picked the order up' they claim they did not get.

Corporate and a district manager need to look at cameras in the store. You can contact me for verification of what I was wearing. I sent a message through the app and got some BS canned response, thanking me for my feedback. The $9.03 is charged to my card and needs to be refunded ASAP.
