It was so uncomfortable in getting my order. The employees boyfriend was in with his friend and made some crude comments that was awkward. And would go behind the counter wile she was finishing my order.

The girl with the braids working at night is super rude. Gave attitude, didn't say your welcome, and was slamming things. Maybe she was just having a bad night, but it was unbearable. I will NEVER be going back to this subway. They need a crew cleanout.
always 1-2 ppl working, food is never right, ordered ahead online, arrived 20 mins late and they hadn’t even started making the food (there was 0 customers). stay away from this location.

Their phones don’t work. I ordered door dash and they didn’t give the dasher my complete meal. After the dasher told them numerous times that I had a whole meal. Not just sandwich and they didn’t listen. Tried calling and their phone keeps hanging up. The sandwich was hard and they just smearing a tiny bit of tuna on it. Very dissatisfied

Just left from here and The service sucks and they are beyond rude . Whoever the girl is working today need to be fired , to laugh whenever someone enters no matter the reason is unprofessional !!! I wont be back

I ordered my food on the app around 1:30 pm and show up about 2:10 to pick it up, the app showed that it should have been ready around 1:45 pm but I know how the apps work and they tend to be later than the estimated time.
I get there and my sandwhiches were not ready. The guy is talking on his personal phone when I get there. He gets up and makes them after picking up the order paper from the ground, I did not see him wash his hands and his hair was not tied back. It was about shoulder length and haning all in his face over the sandwhiches.
When he goes to get the bread I selected in the app, and they were out. He makes my sandwhiches with hair all haning all over and at a very slow pace.

Manager and most important the owner of this store need to see their surveillance camera for Sunday november 24 between 12:45 pm and 1:00.
This has to be taken care !
The manager of the stores was informed by email or txt through out another employee of a different store and haven't heard from her at all.
Owner needs to see and fix it !

Yesterday was not a good experience at subway. I think some of the people there need to learn how to work in customer service a lot better then they do. They do have one guy that works here that is great but yesterday the 3 that was working together don't expect much from them and I hate to say that. Maybe subway can teach them how to work in customer service better.
