Unreal. Young lady( I will address her respectfully which is more than we received)behind counter. She didnt want to be there, she snapped at us, told us to wait. That was our official greeting and we walked out with her leaving her to ha e her ta Trump. This store has been a chronic d persistent issue with employees and attitudes.

This was the worst experience I had with subway there was this girl not trying to be rasict but she was black and she had black and red braids and she was on the phone the entire time cussing to and having attitude with me she was telling her friend hold up let me deal with this brat and she said what do you want. I got mad and said your young you don’t have anything to be stressed about so stop having attitude and do you job btw I was nice until she called me a brat she didn’t have her tag so I don’t know her name I tried to record but she said no recording even tho she was on FaceTime showing the place

I like coming here to eat. But today I walked in and someone with mud on their boots tracked mud all over the restaurant. The problem is that none of the staff noticed. I can’t understand why they ignored it. No pride in your work? The food is great, but where customers eat needs to be great too.

All I have to say is thank you Jayla, she was absolutely amazing although we came in late she still got right to business and made 3 footlong sandwiches no questions & she definitely had more patience than me because I would’ve definitely said we’re closing! She definitely needs to be recognized & a raise!🥳

Not sure if this will make a difference, but if I were the owner I would want to know how terrible the customer service is at this location. Gentleman making sandwich clearly hated his job and was completely put out to make a sandwich. And the lady sitting at the table who appeared to be management was a joke of a leader. She was annoyed when approached as I’m sure I interrupted her mindless scrolling on Facebook. Never been less impressed by a “team” of individuals. A complete embarrassment of a location. I hope owners can fix this before they run this location to the ground.

Stop by this location on 5-16-25 to get a subway sandwich a 6inch chicken bacon ranch I got home started eating my food luckily I looked it was a dead spider stuck to my cheese on my subway and that’s disgusting and sickening I do not recommend anyone to eat there plus I’m pregnant I called to let them know they didn’t seem to concerned all they said was to bring it back with receipt I should sue them

I went today during lunch rush and it didn’t take very long at all. The staff is always very nice and helpful and this is my favorite subway in Tyler for sure. It’s very clean and the food is always great.

They messed up my order,I asked if they can fix my order they said it will cost double the price,the whole store was hot,and the restroom were nasty had dust on everything and toilet looks like it was never cleaned.Also un polite staff.
