I did drive thru. But the girl taking my order was an absolute gem. We just clicked. We were both just laughing. It was great. I felt so good the rest of the day.Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair, but I chose to drive-thru. I am so happy that I did. She was a hoot. I noticed that there were several handicap ♿️ parking spots. I had the Beef Supreme chalupa Xtra Beef light on the lettuce and tomatoes.It was perfect.
11/20/23 9pm…..Let’s Start by the long wait! And the Rude drive through girl if 3 cars are ahead of me how come I can’t order ONE Beefy melt burrito??? Since I ordered online…. The kitchen can’t make ONE beefy melt burrito when there was no one behind me…. Teach your employees how to make a sale promote something off the menu besides handing out a nasty attitude!!! Rubys would never treat me like that and they have the best taco!!!!

Hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been at, ordered 3 locos tacos supreme, then these people told me I didn’t order that when I clearly showed them the receipt, refused to take my order back. I didn’t feel like arguing with people after a long day so I just ate the tacos. Will never be here again.
I was Sent to get 2 Burrito's ( Totally Special Orders) And Jay T. was my Cashier. She was VERY sweet & Kind! Took the Order & It was PERFECT!! The Manager Helped. GREAT JOB LADIES!!

If I wanted a vegetarian real I definitely would have ordered one!!!! I ordered three of their five layered burritos and all I got was beans and onions. Like seriously, no sauce, no cheese, no meat, no layers. Well I got two layers, beans and onions!!!! All three burritos were exactly the same. Nothing but beans and onions!!!!!!!Ordered two beef crunchwraps What I got was about 5 lb of lettuce, a pound of sauce, no MEAT and a tiny little bit of cheese.

Gotta be the nicest and kindest Taco Bell I’ve been to!! I wish the workers here could teach the rest of the locations in Tyler and Dallas how things are done around here. They’re really sown to earth and make the food correctly and tasty!
