Came in around noon on the 19th got nachos my wife also had nachos i must have gotten part of an old batch while hers was fine half mine was nasty I haven’t had that bad of nachos in 5 years that was at taco bell in Tennessee i called them kerosene nachos that’s what they taste like

Trash... waited 45min for 2 soft tacos and a bean burrito. All though I did get to watch krusty the Clown 🤡 in the back scroll their phone with the other worker and laugh at tik tok before the manager got them to make a taco. After I said " yo what's the deal with my order." I know it's not fancy and it's just taco bell... but damn people do your job.

Very good choice with changing over the management. Michelle has worked in this store and a very small amount of time. I have frequented this location for years and it has been managed by people who took no pride in their work. The quality of the food the cleanliness and the service has all gone up 100%. In the last several months and I appreciate that.
Taco Bell has turned to trash. My stomach hurts every time I try to eat there and I always love Taco Bell. 1 star

I recently visited Taco Bell and I have to say, the food was okay. It wasn't anything to write home about, but it satisfied my craving for Mexican-inspired fast food. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. The staff seemed a bit on the childish side, which was off-putting.
The cashier was giggling and whispering to her coworkers while taking my order, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Additionally, when my order was ready, the person who handed it to me was joking around with their coworkers instead of focusing on providing good customer service.
Overall, while the food was decent, the service left something to be desired. I hope that Taco Bell can improve in this area to provide a better overall dining experience for their customers.

Food was alright. That was until I saw the drive thru employee swing the fryer baskets out the window, they were connected. The bottom basket hit the dirty ground several times which is a health code violation. I will not be coming back here.
