Went in to get some food after a long day at work and they took over 20 minutes to take my order. There were only two other people in the lobby and the drive through was empty when I went in to order.

Favorite Taco Bell in Tyler! This place is the only place I’ve been to that doesn’t mess up my order. It’s also pretty clean on the inside.

No one even noticed we where there a customer told us they won't help you that you have to use there terminals to order we had to stand there and holler at a lady for our drink cups there only focuse was in drive through. And a lady came in with cash and it was a joke for what she had to do just to order. I used to like coming here people where so nice but now customer service is terrible and there friends that come in are more important then there job! And the Tacos there was not even enough meat to taste or cheese but there was enough Lettuce I may has well just had a salad!

Went for dinner as we were traveling through the area. Facility was clean and very friendly employees. Young man named Giovanni was so nice and made sure we didn't need anything while we waited for our food. Usually employees do not worry about their customers. This young man went out of his way to insure the dining area didn't need anything. Even greeted a regular by name. It was nice to see someone so young with respect for his elders. We definitely need more young men and ladies with his positive mannerism.

Came in today for lunch magdaleno took our order when we first arrived no one was at counter a guy from the back came up and started our order then he showed up to finish it the order came out quickly and was good but I noticed that the whole time i was there he was sitting in a booth playing with his phone he did get up and take care of a couple of customers then went back to sitting down before I left he was eating but still had his headset on i dont know if taco bell gives breaks or not it just seemed weird that he would have his headset on if hes on break

So I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt and they literally gave me 3 of them. I only said the name of the item I wanted. I didn't want 3 of them. Speedy service but no attention to detail and they didn't read back my order or anything. I didn't even see three of them on the electronic screen.
