This is the first restaurant I’ve encountered where they “don’t take orders at the front counter”. We were asked to turn around and place our order at the kiosk and if we needed help, he’d help us. Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of. They have him working there at the front counter…to assist people to place their orders on a kiosk…but can’t take their order at the front desk…poor kid. We did turn around but just went on out the door. Shame on you Taco Bell.

Candice , the manager at Taco Bell goes above and beyond for not only her customers but also her staff and you can tell. this is a very well ran establishment and she is very genuine and cares about her work. This Taco Bell will always be the one I choose to go to because of Candice. Thank you 🙏
