I asked for a five layer burrito with no beans, and a chicken quesadilla with none of the jalapeños sauce. What I got was a chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce, and no burrito at all. I also paid extra for cinnamon twists, didn’t get that either.
Was I drunk? Yes. Was I extremely, excruciatingly polite, also yes! I just wanted the food that I ordered, if they had just told me they couldn’t, I would have said OK. But I did pay over $20 for a meal where only one item out of eight was correct.
even despite that, whoever was managing the clothes on October 18 was extremely rude. Shoved the food at me, sounded irritated that I was ordering, and overall was just honestly kind of a jerk

I ordered through the app which usually works for me, but not here. My chicken quesadilla literally had maybe 3 pieces of chicken in the whole thing and this end didn't have ANY abd virtually no cheese either, plus they ignored the topping changes on my Mexican pizza. They also left extra serving cups under my cheese sauce..? It wasn't that busy just rushed and lazy work.

Very Rude lady in drive thru while ordering and at window and they moved her from window while we were at the window and we didn't even complain about her because maybe she was having a bad day, got a #13 chicken quesadilla but must of been everyone that worked there that are disrespectful to people because when I got it had no chicken in it, got a replacement for it and then only put one small piece in. Paid 10 + tax for (CHICKEN) but no chicken. I don't understand why you treat your customers this way when we did nothing wrong or anything towards you. Disrespectful. It's not rocket science and if you don't like your job find a new one don't treat people that way. Times are tough but don't take it out on people trying to survive as well.

Taco Bell, what can you say? It’s cheap and hits the spot in a bind.
This is the first restaurant I’ve encountered where they “don’t take orders at the front counter”. We were asked to turn around and place our order at the kiosk and if we needed help, he’d help us. Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of. They have him working there at the front counter…to assist people to place their orders on a kiosk…but can’t take their order at the front desk…poor kid. We did turn around but just went on out the door. Shame on you Taco Bell.
