Two meals on paper plates with plastic forks dine in for$50. This was a lunch! Absolutely the most expensive meal in cheap cheap place. Waste of money for what you get. Ask about the prices before you order. I should have but the setting was so cheap it didn't seem like it would costs much.

Best indian spot in Tyler. Clean and courteous! Saag Paneer and Chana Masala are super scrumptious! We regularly go here!!

This is my new favorite place to eat in Tyler!!!! Love every dish I've tried! I've picked up to serve to the whole family too and they have all enjoyed it! Good is perfectly seasoned and is just wonderful!!!

I used to love this place so much, especially since they have vegan options— but my favorite thing on the menu, they decided to stop making… so sadly I won’t be back. I’ve been getting this entree for over a year so I’m sad to see it go.

not the best experience. butter chicken sauce was bland and watery. hardly any flavor or spice. the garlic naan was very good fortunately. service was good but prices were higher than printed on the office paper menu.. and food was served at my table on a paper plate with flimsy plastic cutlery.

Their cooks are from Pakistan and India. Food is similar to what we had in Thailand Indian restaurants. Good take out at a fair price.

I love Taj Mahal. To my knowledge, this is the only Indian restaurant in town. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and nice. I usually order Paneer to go, and my order is always fresh and hot when I arrive. The owners are kind and their love for their food shows.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my meal, mostly with the price. I paid nearly 30 dollars for what didn't amount to very much food, and I'm left wondering if it was really worth it? The chicken in the butter chicken was a bit dry, though the sauce was delicious. The garlic naan was tasty, but in the past it came with a chutney dipping sauce and this time it didn't- which was a bummer, since it's the only reason I ordered the naan. The beef samosas were really, really good, but only getting three little samosas didn't seem worth the price. I wish there were more options for Indian food in East Texas!

Food was nothing close to Indian.. all curries had exact same taste. Only Lamb kabab & Chat were good

We went here today for lunch and to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't be happier! He food was amazing and the best indian food we've ever had (we've tried indian food across different states, countries, and continents). The food was tasty and the naan had the perfect crisp. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this place!

It was very good. They didn't have some things on the menu, and the substitution was more expensive, and wasn't great. But we enjoyed our visit and the tasty food.
