This was always my go to donut shop until this morning. Why has the earl campbell kolache been reduced to half the size it used to be and still $3.40 what a ripp off. That's why East Texans buy earl Campbell kolaches cause we want a big ass kolache not a 3 inch slider come on guys

Would be nice to not shove 5 donuts into one tiny bag… when a child wants a pink sprinkled donut, they should be able to tell it was a pink sprinkled donut when it is taken out of the bag. And if there’s more than two small bags stuffed of donuts, and incredibly over priced drinks, maybe give a grocery sack? I think they just like to watch people scramble 🙄

I have visited this place a few times before but after today I will not go back. The lady caught an attitude right from the start because I wanted a dozen donuts instead of the half dozen so she throws the bag on snatches a box. Then she's rude as hell as I'm trying to figure out what all donuts I wanted. After I finished she rushed me to pay as I was still looking to decide if I wanted anything else. To top it off I asked for my receipt where she tells me she sent it to my phone , I tried to tell her that it didn't come and she said well no paper receipt. Very rude and I will not go back!

This is one of the best donut places I’ve been to! The donut holes taste like funnel cakes, which I haven’t found anywhere else. This will be my go to donut place anytime we are visiting our family! Customer service is also a plus, very friendly woman every time my husband and I have gone in!(:
