We go here way too often. We typically always order to-go and the staff is very warm and welcoming. They know my husband well as he usually picks up the food. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for being basically our extended family at this point! We love we can always count on consistency of the delicious food!

A bit loud for my taste but the food is good and plenty of servers to handle all needs. The feel is a bit like cattle herding, appropriate for a steak house i guess. 12/12: sister's bday lunch, had a minor issue.

I went on my birthday/veteran’s day, how we do every year for most adult birthday’s in our family. This year was different. The steak & shrimp wasn’t as good as normal. The biggest thing that stood out was when we got there we were seated across from a vet there by himself & I seen the waitress walk up and say something to which he replied hold on let me finish my food. In disbelief, I’m thinking ‘no, she didn’t just ask him to hurry’ and continued waiting for my meal. Good luck getting any help, even with 5 beautiful waitresses standing a few feet away, even when saying excuse me, though they were looking in my direction, I could not get their attention. WILD. They were more interested in looking cute. Ok, chopped up to ‘where has good ol American customer service gone?’ Ugh. We got our food, salad first…she (not the waiter who took my order) forgot my red onions on the side & I couldn’t get her attention but there was another lady walking by, she was the manager & was not happy that I asked for the red onions on the side & had the attitude to show it. Next was the steak and shrimp came, as I was taking the first cut of my steak, the waiter (who had been all but absent to this point after taking our order (no, he did not bring our food out (any of it)) decides to come and sit down to tell us we’d been there for 45 minutes! 😮 When I pointed out that I hadn’t even taken a bite of my still hot (since I just got it) steak, he proceeded to try n make small talk though his presence was not welcomed (never had a waiter that we hadn’t built a rapport with just sit down n start chatting), then mentioned again ya I can’t believe you guys have already been here 45 minutes & showed us how to pay at the table, though we just started eating our steaks. He dismissed himself, came back within minutes and handed us to go boxes/bag.
Despicable customer service. We will not be back, ever again.

Took my family to the Tyler Texas Roadhouse for what I thought would be a fantastic meal. It was such a disappointment! 4 steaks and 1 chicken dish came out after an extremely long wait time and everything was overcooked and cold. Wow, did my expectations get killed. We sent all the main dishes back to heat up and then they just came out more done and still cold. I tried my best to eat my steak but this ribeye was more like rubber than steak. So, I paid approximately $135 for a really disappointing meal. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Its texas roadhouse....this one was a good one....they were very very busy yet able to get everything done with im a very timely manner...we didnt have to wait long at all...the waitress was very responsive and kknd....it was great over all....
