We celebrate many of our birthdays here, but honestly was not a good experience. The server didn't write down our orders and got 4 out of 10 wrong. Had to ask for drink refills, and for over $3, do expect refills. When we asked for something, he would be gone for more than 5 minutes before bringing. Left our server a piece of b-day cake anyway!

Great overall experience. Delicious food. The grilled ribeye with ranchero sauce and sautéed shrimps is phenomenal. It’s called Steak & Shrimp Ranchero and I personally asked for they to cook the steak with the fajita seasoning and was so good haha.

Was told 35 minute wait. I understand it’s busy. After 35 minutes I asked how much longer. Was told it would be another hour wait. Asked why wait time wasn’t accurate. Was told they don’t know how long people will take to eat. I definitely won’t be back.

I am a repeat offender when it comes to visiting this place. I ordered the fajita enchiladas and the beef they use use is super tender. Very tasty as well!
I can't say enough about our waiter, Michael. He was very attentive, but more than that - he was personable. He has a pleasant personality and put the cherry on our visit. Thank you!

I hardly ever write bad reviews but today was upsetting! I didn't even go to the restaurant at a busy time of the day & I was in a section all by myself.
My waiter was ok. She forgot a few things initially but I truly understand how easy it is to overlook napkins & water etc. I was in a bit of a rush so while eating I placed a to go order. When the bill came out I had been charged $4 for some sauce I didn't even ask for. She misunderstood what I asked for. I also was charged for an adult burger when I actually asked for a kids meal with a burger. When I brought it to her attention she said I'm so sorry I didn't know you said a kids burger. (Which the adult/regular burger was about $7 more than the kids burger) She then said "just don't tip me". I said I would rather have it rang up as a kids meal which is what I requested. She again was apologetic and said since it was her fault I could just keep the adult burger I had and she would get her manager to adjust the bill.
Then the manger came requesting the food in my to go bag that the waitress told me to keep. (Who are you really going to give it to? It basically was going to get thrown away) That was fine I guess but by this time I had about 7min. left to pick up a child, which meant I couldn't wait for them to re make a kids meal. So I gave the food back and left with no to go order at all and I was also charged $4 for sauce I didn't even ask for or want! Ugh!

The pics shared for Mercado's were actually taken in Chuy's. (I'm old, cut me some slack) The ratings and comments remain the same...I thought mine (enchiladas/beans/rice) was very good, but my picky wife just said hers was okay, hence the 4 stars on food. I'd need a 4.8 star category. Service was super, atmosphere enjoyable, no blaring music for people to try converse over, just background music.
