Always have loved this place. Today the waitress asked me if I wanted a muffin or a croissant with my salads. I said croissant. My plate had a muffin on it when I arrived. I told her I had chosen a croissant, and she brought one. Then she charged me $2 for the croissant! I asked about that and she it would be "extra". I started to argue but it was not worth the hassle. Then I had a lot leftover, and asked for a to go box. She brought a tiny container , so I asked for an additional one. She said she would get in trouble for giving me two! This place has never been like this before!!!!!

Amazing little hide away I. Tyler. A friend brought many and WOW! Nice salad bar with everything from designer lettuce to green and black olives. Soups and baked potatoes! Food was good service was better and the gift shop boutique was Amazing. Beautifully decorated and great items to choose from.

Decided to have lunch while passing through Tyler and what a perfect spot! Their salad bar is top notch and the chicken fried steak is pretty delicious. The green beans were kinda gross but I filled up on fried pickles so it worked out lol Do yourself a favor and request Christopher as your server if you want excellent and attentive service. He was very friendly and knew the menu well, and we never had to ask for a thing because he was already on top of everything! Will definitely be coming back when passing through Tyler again :)

The staff and management were so accommodating and HELPED me set up decor I brought the night before the event, and promptly provided any requests during the party. Went at 11am on a Saturday, it was quiet and clean. The salad and potato bar are stocked full and worth the price. BLT was amazing, greens were fresh and my marinated chicken with Fries was absolutely perfect. Service was amazing, really enjoyed it here.

Small comforting place. Excellent food, portion size, and prices. Had the fried Louisiana whitefish. The outside was crunchy, yet the inside (flesh) was moist, tender, and flavorful!!! Anytime we are in Tyler, we will be going back!

Well, the service was outstanding but unfortunately the food I got was skimpy compared to what I usually got. The triplets...3 very small scoops of pimento cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad...The scoops used to be bigger. Lots of fruit on the side.And it was $13.00. Next time I'm going to the salad bar.
