Every time I visit True Vine on the Square, the ONLY friendly service I receive is from the young man who’s always manning the Rotolo‘s pop-up. It’s always clean when I stop by in the mornings, but whenever I want to come back for a beer later in the evening, I can tell the bartenders do the bare minimum. It’s just appalling because the bar is where a bartender should excel, not flunk.

Customer service was not great at all the employee just sat on his phone the whole time.

Nice enough but not much personality or vibe. The wine was chilled but not really cold enough. Staff were sitting around and not really focused on customer service. The minimum level of service.

They have food now.... and alcohol. I'm ok with all that.

Saw this little brewery while visiting Tyler Texas. It started to rain a bit and figured I'd duck-in and try some of their taps. Some girl was standing at the door pulling it shut not allowing ANYONE to enter, even going so far as to wave her hand in front of me signaling I wasn't allowed in. Even as it started HAILING and the winds picked up, she refused all entry. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude and selfish act. Had to run to the reasturant next door just for cover. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't care if their beer is good or not, their hearts aren't. Please note that they WERE open and had customers inside already!!!UPDATE: I appreciate the kind response, and if it really was a customer and not a staff member I can see how it would be out of character. HOWEVER, I attempted to open the door, and as it was opening she took hold of it and PULLED IT SHUT. She didn't let the other people around me in either. If she was not a staff member, a staff member should have stepped-up and removed her from the door. If she was trying to help, why would she take hold of the ALREADY opening door, and pull it back closed? I'll raise my review slightly because of the kind response and possibility that it was a customer, but I and the others there outside clearly saw what happened and discussed it in the custard reasturant NEXT DOOR that DID allow us in and had absolutely NO issue with the wind pressure when opening the door. Honestly if it weren't for this odd defense of the situation, I'd have just removed the review ?‍♂️

First time at this location. Quaint, and quiet as we were the first arrivals on a Saturday before the evening crowd started coming in. Good selection of their own locally-brewed craft beers. Nice place to chill /hang out in the downtown Tyler Square.
