My co-workers and I called to see if Uncle Jack's would be open, got no answer, but I received a call back. The gentleman was very patient with us as we had multiple orders and it was all before they were actually open (he made sure my order was marked because I have a seafood allergy). He told me to call when food would be picked up so it was hot and fresh. All the food was delicious. THANK YOU, and it was day they were closing for the season. I can't wait until they open again. Just moved to Tyler a couple of days ago, and I was wanting seafood! I saw this place and I will forever be returning!!! The food is phenomenal, I was a little weary about the prices at first, but you definitely get your moneys worth!! I love the vibe in there, and the employees were super friendly! I am almost certain that they definitely gave us extra, and I absolutely am so grateful! Also, their hot honey glaze ❤️🔥❤️🔥

The customer service is above and beyond and they make you feel like family. I’m addicted to the catfish, collards, & broccoli.
