The food was amazing and my waitress, Erin, was exceptionally good. She was very attentive and engaged in conversation with me. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the piano on the patio. It was a little to loud for my liking. The food was outstanding but my favorite was definitely my waitress. She was really good and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her customers.

Ordered a pizza and salad to go. Got home and BOTH items were incorrect. Immediately called and spoke with the manager on duty “Francine” who advised to keep receipt and she would comp meal on next visit. Called this evening to re- order with Francine’s name in hand, the previous receipt and the date. I was promptly advised by a different manager, that Francine did not have the authority to offer this and she would not be able to honor it. She also brought up that 2 weeks had passed since we last ordered. I’m sorry, I didn’t realize I needed to eat here every week for you to honor your employees word. She proceeded to offer a discount of 50%.
We are Vegetarians and the pizza came with DOUBLE Pepperoni. Salad was also incorrect, as requested without Feta. No dinner tonight kids.
Unbelievable ! You would think as competitive as Tyler is, that is doing the right thing and what was promised to a customer, would come first, but not here folks. It’s all about the $.

The food was not the freshest. We've had better in the past. Staff was friendly and the ambience good. But several parties were booked which made for a very loud dining experience.

Third try here. 3 disappointments. Eggs Benedict was strange. Hollandaise sauce was weird. Very little meat. Took forever to get salt and pepper. No coffee was offered. We had to constantly ask for more orange juice for our Mimosas. Orange juice carafe was dirty. Rest room was gross. We have now tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 strikes, you're out!

We will never eat here again. A friend gave us a coupon to have a free pizza with an entre. When we showed the coupon, the manager said they would not honor it. They said the old owner made the agreement and not the new owner. You have lost a customer for life...on principle. The idea of a coupon is for advertising but you failed in that arena. Good luck. The restaurant business is the hardest business to be successful with. The waitress mentioned that they didn't honor many of their coupons. Customers lost for life. I wish you the best, but don't think you will make it. Another failed restaurant....

Brought my family in for dinner last Friday and had a great experience. I They even had a DIY kids pizza where my daughter got to roll her own dough and see her hard work get fired in the pizza oven!
We have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years and the food and service was always excellent. However, they have changed ownership and things have changed and not for the better. The food is not as good and the while the service is ok, it's not what it was. We really loved this place but will not be visiting as much as before.

The restaurant was not crowded. We were seated by a door that led to the outside dining which I questioned if the door would be constantly used. It was and they asked service to use another door. We ordered bread ($4) an appetizer, a salad and 2 dinners. Never received the bread or appetizer. The salad came out and then our dinners. The chicken piccata was lack luster. A small piece of chicken on top of pasta. Not even close to chicken piccata. I could go on but I think I've made my point. We are new to town and we were extremely disappointed after hearing good things.

We ordered the Chicken Parm and Chicken not cooked. Did not bring enough utensils nor extra plate. Sent our dish back and received lasagna it was not the best. Was very disappointed in our experience.
