My husband and I tried Walk On’s tonight for the first time. The food was amazing and even better was the service. Sarah made our night with her bright smile. Drinks always stayed topped off and service was top notch. I highly recommend Sarah… best waitress ever!

I only gave Walkons a 5 star review because of Sarah. She is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, my niece was choking and she ran to the table just to make sure she was okay, Sarah is a LIFE SAVER I will always be a loyal customer to Walkons in Tyler.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Bailey, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were greeted, Bailey set the tone with a warm smile, genuine friendliness, and a professional attitude that immediately made us feel welcome.

What stood out most was Bailey’s attentiveness—our glasses were never empty, every request was handled quickly, and she checked in on us just enough without ever feeling overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and you could tell she truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.

Bailey has that rare ability to balance professionalism with personality—she was personable, engaging, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just another table. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the little details.

Bailey made my night! She was kind and sweet and polite and attentive. She made a solid recommendation for dessert and was so patient with all my questions and request for things “on the side”. If you come request to sit in her section! We came in almost an hour and a half till closing, and she still made a fresh batch of sweet tea. She speaks the language of love here in East Texas! Above and beyond.
