Only at a certain time of day and night the food is fixed like a great juke joint burger and makes you sleepy. But it's good on front street. Just have too know when too go. The soda machine needs too be fixed but the service from certain employees are great and respectful. With the new employees. And new management. The breakfast potatos are fulfilling and fresh each time.

Took over 10 minutes to get out order even though no one else was in line, food was cold, chicken undercooked, forgot items, dirty, both bathrooms were out of order. Won't be going there again

I just left Wendy's in Tyler on Front Street around 12:24 p.m. & the cashier in the drive thru had an attitude. She didn't say hi or anything, & she just shoved the bag & drink in my hand. She has bad customer service skills.

Went to eat lunch. Lady at counter acted like it was an imposition to wait on us. Walked away three times while we looked at menu. When we were ready to order she was no where to be found. Oh yes there were no customers. Won’t go back. We didn’t even order just left. Sorry we bothered them.

My mobile order #1407318873 was not ready and I had to wait 25 minutes for food that was cold by the time I got it. Employees were rude and didn't give me sauces or straws. They forgot the juice for my kids meal until I reminded them about it. Will never go to Wendy's in Tyler Texas again

The day is Wednesday, October 29th at 11:09PM when I’m writing this review. I have to say I wish I knew the workers names because they did such an exceptional job! The most kind and generous people. I absolutely love this Wendy’s, and they made it an even better experience with their attitude.

Went through the drive thru and ordered my food, was the only customer inside or out, specifically asked for ranch and got bbq sauce, i hate bbq sauce especially from a fast food place 🤷🏻🤦🏻

Ordered family nuggets pack (50 piece), 2 large fries, 2 sweet teas and a cheeseburger. Order was correct, hot and fresh but…..no sauce!!! I was asked 3 times what sauces I wanted….and I got 0. Hard to eat that many nuggets w/out sauce! Spent $32 and just wanted sauce.

Food cold, at first I asked for a vanilla shake. Then ask if they had pluming problems due to the smell I was smelling after opening my car window, She was rude about it and then she said all we have is vanilla, I was asking for a vanilla one i don’t know y I have to know that and for you to say it rude like. Went inside to get the barbecue sauce because they forgot to put it in the bag and the lady was rude and basically only said that she could only give me one, like really yall forgot and now yall won’t give me a extra one. Don’t go here the workers think they can treat the customers badly and no get attitude back. If they don’t wanna work with customers then don’t get a job at a fast food place!!!!

Furthermore, ensuring the accuracy of orders is essential. For instance, when a customer requests a Baconator, it is reasonable to expect that it includes bacon.
