This was the most terrible experience I've ever had at Wendy's last night. I was so disappointed over my meal. There was solidified grease on my burger and the wrapper. The meat patty looked like it had been re-served to me it had a piece of cheese on both sides both of which looked old the patty looked old as well. The whole meal was cold. It was trash inedible and I'm so mad about it. Food is expensive these days. So you would think if someone is coming to your establishment to eat your food it would be at least edible. Wendy's needs to stop being so worried about how fast they get the food out the drive thru and more worried about the quality of the food going out that drive thru. Do better Wendy's Dave would be rolling over in his grave.

Me and my husband both got the ghost pepper chicken sandwhich and both got food poisioning that night . We started researching and turns out a lot of Wendy’s locations across the COUNTRY have history with food poisioning, salmonella, and E. coli . And a couple with Hep A . Someone needs to let the managers or corporate know that something in Wendy’s protocol or standard operating procedure is wrong . Cook times , employee knowledge/discipline , etc . This was my first time eating at Wendy’s and my last .

This Wendy's is super slow I had 3 meals and every order was screwed up it took 20 min to fix a mistake and not to mention I thinks the whole Wendy's team is

My daughter the youngest didn't get her fries and that's all she wanted to begin with so that turned into the only thing she'd eat that we ordered was my son's salad. Therefore he got my food and i don't live close so it wasn't like I could just go back and no one would answer the phones there so it was all screwed up!!! And the second shocked just for to personalities I think idk but that sucked too
