Every table is dirty at 3:36 pm. Gross! The people took forever to take our order. Foods cold and the fries are old. Condemns are out. Floors filthy!

Super disappointing, the lady the first helped us was super nice and helpful, but after waiting 20 minutes for our food and hearing the staff in the back yelling at each other and what sounded like they were playing around, got home to not only half of the order being wrong but the entire order was wrong. Definitely will not be going to this location again.

Every time I stop at this Wendy’s, they either have someone not working. The drive-through is closed and today I get here and the girl tells me it is 457 and she tells me she gets off at 5 o’clock that they’re fixing to have a shift change it would be a while before somebody could take my order.. so I’m thinking OK maybe a few minutes I’ll wait. She gets back on the microphone and says no ma’am it’s gonna take longer than that because I leave at 5 o’clock and we have to wait for a whole new crew to come in so I basically left. I do not see how you guys can stay in business with this poor quality of customer service.

The building is falling apart on the inside, floors were filthy, crackers on the floor, countertops and tables were sticky. Self serve ketchup tasted old and cheap. I will say that the young man behind the register was very polite and courteous. One order of our fries were cold and yucky, the other order was hot and fresh
Burgers were decent if you took off the yellow lettuce 🤮. Place needs an overhaul desperately

Kudos to Jeff who took my order from the drive-thru this evening. He was so cheerful and welcoming to speak with. It's such a rare find to experience that at fast food spots. I know the job has its challenges, (especially when dealing with customers on a time crunch) but that didn't seem to phase Jeff. His soft skills were spot on. Thank you Jeff for being so pleasant. I hope corporate sees this and that you're rewarded. We need more people like you everywhere!

I’m only leaving this review because I am calling in the morning. The fries were COLD and my hamburger bun is HARD.

Ordered a biggie bag and a number 8. Got everything in the biggie bag but not my food. My fries were missing. Every time I go to this location they mess my food up. Will not be returning.

The fries were half burnt and burgers were warm at best. Very disappointing, the restaurant could use updating. The Wendy’s on 31 in Tyler is much better.

I was asked to hold at the speaker for a few minutes. The lady took my order, I had to repeat it that’s pretty normal. Wait behind another car for several minutes. Then, when I got to the window, he asked me what my order was. They never even entered it. I said well as the food even ready and he said no so I left. I doubt people are reading these reviews for places like Wendy’s. I am posting this so that a manager might get involved and make it a better place to work and eat.
The the double w/cheese in the past was my fav. For years in my youth and middle age. Cut the catsup because it defaults to having it and I don't care for it on my burger. Now my 71 y/o brain has changed and nothing tastes as good as before. It's still pretty good if you dine in so it doesn't get compacted into a wrapper.
