Was in tyler for a tournament and it was our first time eating Wendy's. The young man Kenya had very good customer, thanks for a good first impression

Was good quick service. The fries were good, but chicken patty is burned, very dissapointing, does not taste good at all.
I had a mobile pick up order. The lady on the speaker was very rude And to make matters worse, it was the manager there. I pulled up to the drive-through after instructed and I sat there for 25 minutes. The manager apparently walked out during the middle of all this and left me sitting there. Finally, I had someone come to the window. I even tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I could not go inside because I had a sleeping baby in the car. They completely lost my order and I lost almost $30.
I asked the gentleman at the drive-through window to give me the general manager‘s number. I called the general manager, and she apologized and told me that she could not refund my purchase.
Both Wendy’s in Tyler have a horrible customer service (maybe the worst in Tyler). If you want a chance it in order from there, make sure you check your order before you leave

I went to the this Wendy’s located before closing time (12:30 AM), but when I pulled up to the drive-thru around 12:07 the window was closed and I was ignored for a while. Eventually, a staff member opened the window, visibly irritated, and said “Yes, we’re closed. We were short-staffed, two people quit on me.”
I understand the frustration of being short-staffed — I really do. But as a customer who came during posted hours, I was caught off guard and didn’t appreciate being treated like I was a problem. It’s not about the store closing early; it’s about how I was spoken to and made to feel.
I believe even in tough situations, a little courtesy goes a long way. I hope this can be addressed so others don’t have the same experience.

Tahara held my order for me when I called to ask. Then they were out of the sauce that comes on the burger, so she mixed up a sauce for me. She's the best.

My partner and I usually order from this Wendy’s when we get off late because it’s open late and close. But we’re going to find something else from now on because every time we order from this Wendy’s one of our orders is always wrong. Also I’m writing this review because my partner placed an order on DoorDash over 30 minutes ago and they still have not prepared our food.
