One night I was door dashing and a customer placed an order at this location. When I arrived there was a group of about 20 people there plus other customers. I waited and waited. The crowd was a little rowdy and I think there were only about 4 people working and with the chaos that was going on, they NEVER BROKE A SWEAT and got all of the customers orders out and they were all correct. Jim at the Loop & 155, is very customer oriented, attentive to his customers with a friendly positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to make your dining experience pleasant. He definitely deserves 5 stars.
THOMAS is top notch amazing customer service with the personality to match. He made sure my fries were hot and that my food was correct before I drove off. He’s at the Wendy’s doing God”s work if y’all are hungry late at night go see Thomas also tell him to make y’all my special drinky drink
