I have meant to write a review over this particular Whataburger for the last 9 months. I have frequented this location multiple times at night and the service is what has really stood out. The staff has always been friendly, kind, very respectful, and that has kept me coming back over and over to this location. 12/11 at 9:16pm, 11/15 at 11:21pm, 10/27 at 12:26pm, 10/26 at 7:34pm, 10/20 at 8:08 pm… and the list goes on and on since March 2025 and the service has always been great from the group of people that have worked here. I know many restaurant staff especially in the fast food realm get a bad reputation (with the exception of that one chicken place everyone loves “my pleasure”), but these crews are great! P.S. no judging my frequent visit. Lol, I run many miles and play many hours of tennis for my Whataburger… lol

When you spend $23 or $24 for a double bacon cheeseburger onion rings and a cold drink you would expect a better product. The burgers we're so greasy, no seasoning. Kind of seemed like it was a dirty Grill, dirty oil. When I got through eating it was just I felt nasty. Just ILL like. N o t going back there for a long while.

Ordered biscuits and gravy and a lg sweet tea light Ice. Had to tell her 3 times at the drive thru lg sweet tea. Get to the window and she asked did I want sweet or unsweet. I said sweet, light ice. When they handed it to me I asked if it was light ice she said no we didn't know that's what you wanted. Then they charged me for a double order of biscuits and gravy on top of it.

Horrible service happened 2 weekends in a row go in for breakfast. They take an order i sit for 15mins never get any food. Never paid for said food but literally trying to grab a bite before work and wasted my time. Never going to spend any money at this location.
