Stopped in through the drive through ordered a jalapeño cheddar bacon biscuit, reiterated my order twice for confirmation, and also confirmed at window, and order ended up still being wrong. Employees were nice, but super frustrating when you make it a point 3 times to confirm your order is correct and it still isn't made right.

Would not recommend this Whataburger unless you don’t mind getting only half of your order. I spent nearly $50 and didn’t get my food, all this after making an hour round trip for it. Manager said I was pretty much SOL because I ordered online and would not give me a refund. Very frustrating

Service was fair but I paid for medium fries and drink with the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. And instead i got a double jalapeno bacon Whataburger. So clearly people are paying attention and doing their jobs. Do not recommend to go to this location if you want what you ordered
