I have meant to write a review over this particular Whataburger for the last 9 months. I have frequented this location multiple times at night and the service is what has really stood out. The staff has always been friendly, kind, very respectful, and that has kept me coming back over and over to this location. 12/11 at 9:16pm, 11/15 at 11:21pm, 10/27 at 12:26pm, 10/26 at 7:34pm, 10/20 at 8:08 pm… and the list goes on and on since March 2025 and the service has always been great...

Stopped in through the drive through ordered a jalapeño cheddar bacon biscuit, reiterated my order twice for confirmation, and also confirmed at window, and order ended up still being wrong. Employees were nice, but super frustrating when you make it a point 3 times to confirm your order is correct and it still isn't made right.
