Always clean and friendly atmosphere, good gas station Whataburger if you're on the move. Or go check out the dinner vibe they have going on and gutairs.
Waited at the counter with multiple customers, while employees kept walking past us without notice. I think the idea was we would turn around and use the self check out option, I'm not one of those people who will settle to use a machine. The cost of the meal takes peoples wages into consideration, if we are removing people's jobs by having the customer place their own order the price would need to drop to represent that. Self checkout doesn't equal ignoring the customer

Came at midnight after getting off work to get a chicken biscuit was told there is a long wait on biscuits cause they are all cooked to order. I know that’s a lie I’ve been going to whataburger regularly for many years and my mother was a manager of a whataburger in tyler for almost 11 years added together and never has biscuits individually been cooked to order and no other whataburger has told me they have to cook biscuits to order when a customer orders a chicken bisc. I always go get chicken bisc a few night a week from whataburger for years and this specific location lies to their customers about cooking biscuits to order.

Come on now it's whataburger...even when it's meh, it's delicious. One thing definitely worth mentioning, is at this location they have a new assistant manager, that girl is awesome! She could give her own college course on how to actually care about the public as a customer service person. Keep up the great attitude and service young lady! Hope whataburger is paying attention to you.

This Whataburger location has never ran consistently during late night or early morning hours. I've dealt with rude past employees, screwed up orders, and the "system" not working so they cant take orders such as this morning on 11/21/2023. I'm done with this fast food chain, especially since they took the chicken fajita tacos off of the menu. Everything else on the menu is mediocre.Do not waste your money.
