A little disappointed with #1 hamburger. Not enough onions and pickles were not well placed. Fries were good. Maybe not as good as some other Whataburger's.

It was decently clean I just hate how car themed everything is. Same vibes as a Men's 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo. Fox news on the TV, it's just an inherently hostile dining environment because of the decor lol (not for the girls and the gays)

Place is really clean. Cashier was great. It takes FOREVER to get your food(2 BOBS), no matter what time of day it is. Most of the time the order is wrong...check your food before you leave

Food will be incorrect more than it will be correct. Employees are absolutely some of the most careless and just rude as could be. They will lie to your face instead of being honest and taking a few extra seconds to make the order correct. They will often lose your order innthe mix and blame it on something else, and then act rude when you are needing to leave and need a refund. Their Curbside and online ordering is pointless as your order will get passed up by several cars that arrived after you.
These are not 1 time events but rather every single time I have been. Good thing it's the last. I see why the other whataburgers are busier. It's because they avoid this one. Corporate and the owner need to clean house and start fresh at those point.

Hands down the best whataburger I've been to so far! Was passing through town and stopped to eat here, and boy was it worth it. The food was fresh and they did not skimp on fries and said "because this isn't McDonald's!" The cashier was also super friendly and kept the lobby clean and stocked. They also have TVs playing sports games which I hadn't seen before! Will definitely always stop by any time we're passing through.
It took a little longer in the drive thru than I would've expected. There was a car in front of me that had pulled up after it had paid to wait for someone to walk their order out to them and then I was next in line. We waited about 15 minutes maybe a little more but the food tasted great and was hot and fresh. The lady at the window was super friendly and it was about 11 o'clock at night so I give them kudos for cooking made to order food. Great job!
Parking: Located in front of the Tyler Mall and it's easy to get in and out of. Huge big whataburger building!!
