I stopped by for breakfast after a doctor appointment. The staff here at Whataburger was wonderful! Polite, friendly. Because I used the mobile app, my name appears on the receipt. The young man who took my order thanked me for returning, and the young man who delivered my meal put a 'Ms.' in front of my name when he greeted me! How polite and respectful of them both! I will DEFINITELY be back!

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. This was by far the most worst customer service I have ever had. Me and my husband chose to come here because it was close by our house and he got off from working a late night shift and he was hungry. So we waited in line and when we got to the speaker we order a medium strawberry shake and 3 grilled chicken fajita tacos add cheese. The total didn’t seem right, so we asked Ms.Alma again to make sure it was correct and then repeated our order again and she stated she got it. So we drove up, got our food. Husband opened the bag and realized there was no cheese so we drove back around, and we were told that they were not going to remake it, that we would have to pay for 3 new ones and add cheese on them. Which Charles an actual manager informed us of that. So your telling me we have to pay an extra $16.37 plus the cost of cheese (which we didnt mind) for 3 extra tacos we weren’t going to eat? When the cashier on the headset is who didn’t enter our order right? Yeah no I don’t think so, so here we are across town literally 20 minutes away so we can not only get amazing customer service but also get our order correct that we work hard for. Alma is nice and always very respectful, maybe she should replace Mr.Charles (your manager) because he obviously don’t know what customer service is. Please choose another Whataburger if you want to be respected and not be treated like we just were. Promise you just lost 2 loyal customers.

Stopped here for a burger on the last leg of a recent road trip. Not bad. Staff wore masks. Ordering is easy. Drive- thru is available. Pretty consistent. You know what you are going to get.
