Grilled chicken was undercooked and Cecilia manager became combative informing me it looks well cooked and when I requested meal be recooked she continued to go back and forth. Very unsatisfied with service

This Whataburger usually is a good spot to stop even if it's been a month or two since my last stop. Today after 12 noon me and my family stopped by, it seems no one could get things right. From the drive through taking our order then someone else finishing the order, the manger was doing his best, but the young staff seem as if they were not concerned at all, there nails were to important, or looking at their phone. I try to give a restaurant 3 tries before I make a review, but the young staff not caring to respond to our needs is it for me, we will not be back.

Enjoy taking my lunch here, food always fresh and warm, they make my grilled chicken sandwich exactly how I want it and the sofa is always crispy cold

Londyn was at the drive-thru window both times that I went there overtime. She was very pleasant at the drive-thru window. She repeated the order and made sure everything was correct.
Made sure that I had everything that I needed in the bag before I left the premises.

Every employee had a smile on their face. The decorations are so cool. Super clean, even the parking lot. Food was freshly made and yummy!!!
UPDATE: Ordered a BOB ranchero (comes with picante sauce and jalapenos) They did NOT put jalapeños on it. The place is not being taken care of. Dirty ceiling tiles & just an overall not so clean look. Parking lot & outside area is still nice. The employees do not seem as happy any longer. Brandon was nice & a joy to talk to. He knew our BOB was suppose to come with jalapeño but we didn't make a big deal about it. The manager greeted us when we came in but seemed a little overwhelmed. There was only us & 1 other table, 2 cars in the drive thru.

I've been in drive thru line for 45 minutes, 5 cars. Taking 10 minutes per car once they reach the window to get food. This is ridiculous!!!!!
Stopped at this Whataburger in Tyler after visiting the East Texas Fair. Before ordering food, I went to the restroom and saw a female employee come out of the large stall. She made direct eye contact with me, did not wash her hands, and went straight back to work. When I came out of the restroom, that same employee was already at the fry station handling food. Needless to say, I did not order anything.
This was on Saturday, September 27th at around 10:40 p.m. I did advise the cashier in the front what I had witnessed in the bathroom before walking out without ordering a thing. What is the point of having a sign in the restroom that reads “All employees must wash their hands before returning to work” if it’s not being followed? Very concerning for food safety and hygiene.
