This was one of the nicest Whataburger's I've been in! Very clean! Beautiful inside and out. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was good, as always, and the fries were hot! (Thank you! I don't like cold fries.) I'm so glad you offer senior drinks, also. Every little bit helps.

They have changed there coffee.I always stopped there for coffee NOT ANY MORE , free for seniors one day, the next day they charged. Different sales associate. Go back to original brand. Every time they try new things they screw it up.

8-28-2024 Jocelyn R and her godmother the manager today was the worst employees I’ve ever met. Ordered 2 meals and was charged for 2 extra items I didn’t order and went inside to tell them and if I could get a refund on it. Said they couldn’t give money back and I asked to give me a second so I can go to my car to ask my wife if she said it and as soon as I walked towards the door manager asked what did he say and the employee Jocelyn said he said was happy in Spanish thinking I didn’t speak the language. Eventually we left with out the 2 items and no refund.

The time of day doesn't matter when I go to this little water burger which is located near mythe.Employees never cease to be kind andcardious and some even will go out the way to make sure you're comfortable while you wait on your meal...that's Texas hospitality at its core

Ordered a Cobb salad with chicken, they asked twice if we wanted it with chicken which we said yes, we leave and get home. There was NO chicken. Literally a bowl full of lettuce, a table spoon of cheese, 3 of the tinniest tomatoes, and a hard boiled egg. No chicken, whatsoever, even after they asked twice and we told them yes, WITH CHICKEN. What makes it worse, we were charged for the salad with chicken. Horribly poor service. If you can’t listen and get food right, fast food isn’t your calling.
