The bread and service was excellent, but the rest of the sub was not very good. The price point on the subs here is insane. We had 2 subs, 2 drinks and fries for $48. Won't be back for poor and over priced food.

First time ate here. When I came in, I just went to the counter and ordered a BBQ pork sandwich. Girl smiled and called another girl to switch (I think she said this one's yours). Perplexed, I tried to order the same thing. New girl explained that I had to write what I wanted on the bag. I finally looked up and read what she was pointing at. When I finally figured out how to order, I ordered a pork BBQ sandwich meal, cost me $14.07 with taxes.Meal was made in 7 minutes. It wasn't bad but wasn't that great as well. There was heavy pepper on the fries, which I liked, but don't think would fly with others. The sandwich was ok but perhaps my lack of sandwich expertise on ingredients was the main culprit (remember you I had to write what I wanted on my sandwich).There was 3 on staff but the ty able were not wiped, baby chairs were not put back and the floors not swept. And I was the only one eating at the time.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich. Had it delivered via Uber eats. Sandwich got here and it was not exactly what I ordered. The receipt was correct on what i ordered, but it was just meat and sauce. Cheese was missing, coleslaw was missing. Receipt was correct sandwich a bust. The pork was chewy and had a different taste I can not explain. Probably won't order out for delivery again. If I do choose to eat there again. I'll actually go in and eat

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if your thinking about eating here DONT kitchen disgusting the employees are liars and are very rude and very unprofessional and I most definitely don’t recommend working here management and the owners is absolutely disgusting stuck up rude and picky i wish I could give ZERO STARS… DO NOT EAT HERE WARNING YOU!!!

Never again! Brown lettuce on the lettuce wrap. Ordered two sandwiches and a kids peanut and jelly, over $40. Not worth it! Also, don't even try the pork. It's horrible. Staff was great though!

They got rid of the fries. Their food is almost as unappetizing as the prices. I'd rather be hungry than pay that much for just this.

Suddenly decided to frequest this location for the first time. We parked and both got out of the car to enter the premises. Posted business hours on the door shows it opens at 10 AM but nobody home. We probably wont be back.

We used to really enjoy this place but it’s gone downhill substantially. They’ve drastically reduced their menu and got rid of everything that used to be good about them. They no longer serve fries, wraps or milkshakes. So all you can get is a submarine sandwich with chips or a cookie. They’re ridiculously expensive for the food you get. It’s a more expensive, cheaper quality subway. Not just that but the restaurant was filthy and the soda fountain drinks were still luke warm after the ice had belted. We won’t be going back here.

Ok. I used to work at the Broadway location. Being that I was a costumer and an employee at this location I only think it's fair I post my honest review. I am going to leave names of my former colleagues and employer's names out of it. Food-The food is as you would expect. It's not the freshest ingredients, but it gets the job done. I would not recommend the tuna or guacamole spread. When they would get low enough they just put the new stuff on the old stuff. The old stuff is typically crusty at the bottom so it is just nasty. Service-When I worked there, the most workers we had was about 13. Out of those 13 there were about 3-4 people, including me, who would help the people at the "bag station". Other than that the head employer and some former employees would look at you like you were stupid and get annoyed with you. I really tried to be as nice as I could be with our guests and treat them well. Even if they were unpleasant. Another thing that I noticed at this specific location, the manager did not look at both sides of stories and fired many of my colleagues without listening to them. We also had people quit because of it. Ambiance-It's nice I guess, I got tired of the color yellow. Funny enough. I do like the layout of this location. It's easy to work around behind the counter. Good location for the fields machine in front of where you get drinks and the "bag station" as soon as you walk in. Final Thoughts-Overall my working experience there was ok. There welter some really rude workers and my employer fired me unexpectedly and I called her and instead of being professional she told me while driving, "You are no longer a valued employee" and hung up. I worked with my best friend and he put in his two weeks then got fired the following day for a really d*** reason. The management at that location really needs to be looked into. Meanwhile Steven on the one on Old Jacksonville has great people like Steven. I met him and he is super nice. BTW, the reason I got fired is because I got someone to fill in my shift due to my mom's health and they no showed. So I was fired. That ends my review.

So. I used to work at this establishment. (I'm keeping myself anonymous for obvious reasons.)I starting working here and I was fired not 2 months in. Could I have been a better worker? Of course I could have. But I knew for a fact that I did more to actually help the customers have a good experience than the managers. The head manager, Tara, loves to hire you on the spot but will then threaten your job if she is mad. Sometimes even fire you for petty things.The food situation is far worse. Don't ever get tuna or guacamole from there ever again. It is gross and new stuff sometimes gets put on top of new stuff. We also had a rat problem for some time and cocoroachs.I would not eat here ever again. Not after how they treated me and the customers we were serving.

This place is a disappointment. The food is good, but having only two employees during dinner hours isn’t working. Unless you’re willing to wait an hour for a sandwich, I’d probably go somewhere else.Vegetarian options: One option.

Had a great late night dinner experience. I created my own turkey/bacon sandwich which I had toasted,it was the best I've ever had from there. Kelton made my sandwich exactly how I specified it w/Mayo and which which sauce.The other guy there was extremely friendly which made our experience even better while providing us with fresh fries. I'm not big on leaving reviews, but I had to let others know about "the best" sandwich ever
