Horrible customer service, ordered 2 sandwiches and asked if they come with a drink, reply was No but I can add one( proper reply would be no sir, did you want the combo meal or what size drink). He added the largest drink possible. Then took forever to make the 2 sandwiches (we were only people there, topped it off with very poor quality food!$24 later and Very irritated with these young people!

Visiting for an out of town soccer tournament…stopped by to grab sandwiches quickly. There was one family ahead of us already seated. It was clear the workers (well, one) had no clue what they were doing. We ended up having to leave and come back to pick up our sandwiches because it took so long. The worker (who knew what he was doing) said they ‘had so much going on’ - really? There were literally two customers. And they are very basic sandwiches. This place will not survive with this type of service.

Man the sandwiches are always so good and tasty! The service is always good! The only thing I will say is that if you order in the drive thru it takes more time to get your order. It has happened to me multiple times but that’s why I go in instead! But that’s the only thing I have! O and the location I’m talking about is the one on old Jacksonville hwy!

Just a heads up for the owners of the Tyler location. You had a line of 3 cars and people standing in the cold from 11 to at least 11:15 ,when I finally left and went to Jersey Mikes. The store appeared closed and and doors locked. Disappointing.

Ordered my sandwich thru the app. Go to pick it up and tell them my name. They bag the sandwich and I leave for work, 40 miles away. While I'm waiting for the sandwich, I see a worker cough directly into the vegetable bins he's working over. Didn't even attempt to cover his mouth. Too late, as I've already paid and tipped. I take my sandwich and hope for the best. I get to work and I regret not checking my order before I left. They gave me someone else's sandwich, which was gross to me, so I gave it away. I guess at least Alfred starts with an A, so they gave it their best shot. Tipped and paid for the wrong sandwich and can't do anything about it because I was too far away to come back. If this is how they roll, I'm going to Jersey Mike's from now on.

Visit this place on Saturday September 16 around 3pm it was the best service I have every had in Tyler Texas. The food was so great the African American lady was fantastic in helping me and my order. Btw it was my first visit and the fries was so great. Hands down this store is a 5. Keep up the good work I hope upper management give that team a prize they deserve it.
For a Thursday the 14th service was so great and fast and they were busy big ups to the team very hot and tasty sandwich’s loved

Visit this restaurant today. My family and I was greeted as entering the restaurant. Staff was nice and friendly. This was my first time dinning at Which Wich. The Black lady helped me out so much. She was very patient with me and helped me out with my Build my own, even tho my children was loud and being silly. Thanks you to the workers today everything was perfect, fresh, hot and neat. Loving the fries also ?? I will be returning

They made my order incorrectly, so I had to come back which was inconvenient. I stood there this time to make sure they LISTENED to my simple order unlike last time. The African American lady working the counter told me to "sit down" multiple times. Very hateful and rude. Hopefully the management or corporate looks into not only my poor experience but the many others as well. There is a reason this location has 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Got a Cali Cub from here today, to-go and first bite i noticed there wasn’t bacon on it. Go to take another bite and bit into some tough bacon bits ( like what you put on a loaded potato) but why bacon bits and not strips like a normal sandwich would be done. Opened up my sandwich and saw the nastiest looking bacon bits all on my sandwich. Half of it was big chunks of fat and i honestly don’t even know if it was bacon. Not my first bad experience here but will be my last!
